We received a completely damaged $20,000 table from this company and they never replaced it although they did promise and lie through their teeth wasting our time and money for over 6 months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS BRAND ! they have beautiful design but buy from them only if you can afford to wait for a year. They are the worst person to deal with and the least professional. Nobody knows what they are talking about, from the logistic department to the custumer service department. They have zero experience with client, they lie non stop, and they literally do no care about you once you send them a wire transfer. They are just good to post pictures on Instagram ! If you see Aurora, or Rita run away. They will just let you hangin, read your email and not answer, let your cargo unclear at customs, lie over and over again, give you fake delivery date, edit your proforma without telling you, pick the wrong item to be built, and so one. They kept on liying and cheating the whole process. I have waited 1 year to get my table and as we speak it is still block in customs because they don't know how to release it. 1 year of harrassing them everyday and nobody answers. Having boca was a dream I wish I never had ! They are scammers !!! I had the worst experience of my life and I will never ever buy from them again ! Don't buy ! go to Edra but do not spend a dime at covet group it will cost you double in time and energy and they do not respect you, nor your money - nor your business !

BUYER BEWARE! as soon as boca do lobo receives your money you are on your own to guess if/when you may ever receive your purchase. once they do provide a random email stating 'the shipper will contact you' you can plan on never knowing when until your order arrives and is dropped on your doorstep. you may also enjoy NEVER knowing what support you will need to receive/unpack/assemble a 1,000 lb item much less how to care for your very expensive item. from the CEO to the so-called CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER, you can expect no response to repeated requests for information. shocking but true and this is not a new process for me as i have purchased B&B Italia, BDDW, poltrana frau, roll & hill, apparatus and have NEVER been shrugged off like this especially when purchasing a $10,000+ item. NEVER AGAIN. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED.

Everyone at Boca do Lobo was so helpful on our project. Communication was good and very timely. We got a very special piece from them that really completed the space.
