I cannot say enough about this wonderful company. From beginning to end, they were professional, friendly, communicative, and such a pleasure to do business with. Kevin, one of the owners, initially came out to bid the work. He was kind and informative and so helpful when it came to choosing the best windows for our home. Throughout the process, he was excellent at returning emails and answering questions I had in a timely manner. During the project, he stopped by the house more than once just to check in. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and that all my questions were answered. The group of guys that did the work were exceptional. Justin and his crew replaced every window and sliding door in our home with precision and true craftsmanship. Their work was level, precise, and finished with pride. My family could not be more satisfied. They worked great with us, and accommodated when needed to work around my three small children. When I had questions, Justin was always available with a smile. The crew worked courteously and cleaned up after the job was complete. I could not be more satisfied with this company and highly recommend them .

We received excellent responsiveness and estimating. The windows were installed in a timely manner, on the timeframe they estimated. There was a slight problem with some of the windows and they came right back to correct the installation. We highly recommend Bridgetown Windows.

Bridgetown Window and Door installed 10 new windows on the upstairs of our home. Kevin Betker guided us carefully in our window selection process, enabling us to choose the window that worked best for our needs, matched the existing original windows and fit in with the historic character of our home. The crew that installed the windows were extremely conscientious and completed the project in an extremely timely manner and took great care of our home in the process. Kevin, also, took the time to regularly checked in on the progress of the job during the three days they were working. The craftsmanship of the installation was very high and we are extremely pleased with the final result. We would hire them again!

The project was an exterior door full replacement on a 1929 home. Bottom line is that is was a very high quality job in terms of workmanship, care and attention to detail, and the quality of the materials/door installed. Kevin Betker/President assisted directly with the selection and provided a clear understanding up front and was in personal contact and proactive as to timing and followed up personally to check on satisfaction. I have used many contractors over the years and Bridgetown/Kevin would be at the top of the list in terms of delivering on and meeting or exceeding expectations (mine are relatively high - most times there is something not quite right but here they did everything as well or better than I would have expected of myself). Other basics if interested - stuck to budget and original price was fair for high quality; friendly/cooperative working relationship.

Bridgetown Window and Door is a great company with high quality products. As an architecture firm in Portland, OR, we appreciate their level of craftsmanship and professionalism that they provide. We also like that they are able to do the install of their products. This is particularly helpful on some of our smaller residential projects.
