I purchased a bathroom and kitchen faucet. Faucets are beautiful, hence the 2 stars. The kitchen one lasted 1 yr and then the mechanism to detach the faucet and extend it to spray failed. Brizo sent me a replacement part and I replaced it. Has since been working ok. Then the bathroom faucet failed after 3yrs and now only comes out in a trickle of water. I had the supply lines flushed and Brizo "customer service" decided I need to take apart the faucet and replace a cartridge and valve which they are sending me. There is a complicated pdf they also sent with multiple parts I need to disassemble (?) and replace. My previous faucets (inexpensive from big-box stores) have never failed and I replaced them with brizo faucets during a remodel. So much for the Brizo warranty. Called Brizo to complain and request a replacement faucet. Told their policy is to send customers parts to do their own repairs when faucets fail Unless you want much hassle and frustration and additional cost, consider another brand!

I am now on my third attempt to repair my brand new Brizo tub faucet at my expense. Each time a new part has been sent out to “fix” the problem has required a house call by a plumber. Customer service is now requesting that I try to fix the problem myself while on the phone with a customer service expert. Two different plumbing companies so far, two different replacement parts and hundreds in plumber costs. Don’t spend your hard earned money on Brizo or Delta products. I have had no problems with my other Koehler faucets.

I give it 2 stars because it's pretty. It just doesn't work. We put in the Brizo touch faucet in our kitchen. It's a new house. We have been in 3 months. The faucet shuts off for no apparent reason. Today we have had no water in the kitchen sink for 5 hours. It may or may not come on today but there is no telling. It doesn't relate to any know event. Plumbers have been here half dozen times. Sometimes it's working when they get here and other times not. They don't know what's wrong. The contractor has been here numerous times when we have no water. He's taken it apart & reinstalled. He can't figure it out either. He said it's under warrantee so he'll take it out and replace it but I would never buy this again.

Ordered a bathroom full of Brizo Atavis fixtures for a high end bathroom remodel. All of the sprayers including the shower handheld and the shower head, do not work properly. The full stream setting is a dribble. I have excellent water pressure but the little blue and black flow hole that is inside these units prevents ANY water to properly flow through the holes.I bought through Ferguson and they had me take everything off, test the chambers in the volume controls, etc. We had our plumber back out to test the water pressure and we have a ton of pressure but the fixture heads prevent ANY water from properly flowing through the device. Really a shame as the pieces are heavy and the style is very nice. Would LOVE to have BRIZO share a solution for this.

Purchased an expensive set of Brizo Lavatory faucets in JAN21. When they finally arrived, the order was short a set of handles. Now 8 months later, they have yet to provide the handles stating they are an on demand company and they cannot guarantee a delivery date. The person on the consumer complaint line just kept reading the company line. I asked in all of Brizo land, you cannot find a single set of handles? Once again the regurgitation of the on demand production company. With the 100's of plumbing manufacturers out there, spare yourself the agony of dealing with this modern version of Moe, Larry and Curley.

We're waiting for a replacement of a defective bathroom faucet since the October. Brizo keeps postponing the delivery date. The whole bathroom is remodeled and ready with the exception of the faucet installation... Very frustrating. The faucet was bought through Millers Elegant Hardware in Boca Raton -FL.
I just wish Brizo was serious about the estimate time of arrival. Totally disrespectful.

We remodeled our bath about 4 yrs ago and used all Brizo Virage fixtures in the sinks, shower and bath. Almost immediately, the surface of the shower head began discoloring with water spots. When Brizo/Delta was contacted, they provided a new shower head which again did the same thing. When contacted again, Customer service insisted this was due to chemicals on the metal which I know, for a fact, is not the case. Now, four years later we have had leaks behind the wall of the shower caused by galvanic corrosion of the fixtures because the valves/control handles are made of cheap pot metal or some other poor quality metal which are in direct contact with brass portions of the valves. The set screws were frozen in place and had to be drilled out and when removing the shower control valve, the control stem broke in two. Fortunately, we had a replacement control valve for reasons I do not know which allowed us to replace the stem and handle without any additional cost of parts. Our plumber was shocked at the quality of the interior portions of the handles and valves. These are pretty and elegant fixtures on the outside but junk on the inside. For the money spent I expected far better quality.
I do NOT recommend these fixtures.

I had this faucet professionally installed four weeks ago. After one day I had to call the plumber back for a second visit because the water pressure was not as advertised. He changed the aerator which really didn’t make that big of a difference. My old Moen faucet was like a hydrant. After one week it stopped working and we realized the batteries were dead. So we purchased the 9 V adapter which was very expensive. I then had to pay an electrician to put another outlet under the sink because it can’t be plugged into the same outlet as the disposal. My newest issue is that the sink comes on whenever it feels like. We are not even in the kitchen and it turns itself on. After being on the phone with Brizo for more than an hour and being connected to two different people, I got no help at all. I was asked to get down under the sink and take numerous pictures and text them to Brizo. His response was “well you must have a wire hitting on something. You will have to figure out where the wire is hitting and make an adjustment there is nothing we can do “. There are no technicians who can come out and help you and any help that I get is that my own expense. Before you buy this faucet, look at the price and then factor in 2 to 3 visits from a plumber and of course the electrician, as well as the adapter (so your faucet is not running on batteries) and then ask yourself is this really what you want? As far as the lack of water pressure, the technician said that was probably from a wire too.

DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Brizo isn't any better than a big box store brand and their customer service is terrible. They say five year warranty and that means that they will send you the parts and you pay for the service call. Our VERY expensive faucet didn't make it two years before it started dripping out of the handle and the head. Waited on hold for an hour to finally give up, sent a request through the auto system and got a reply in a day that said sending parts. Asked about service call and they said, NOPE.

Installed a Brizo Solna pull-down bar prep with smart touch technology (64920LF) during a renovation in the fall. After about 3 months of gentle use, the touch technology stopped working and the wand no longer stayed in place. Contacted the Canadian support line (Masco) who diagnosed the issues without asking any questions and said they would send replacement parts. Not at all surprised that we should be experiencing issues after 3 months. After paying a plumber to come in and do a work around so that we would have use of the faucet in the meantime, I finally received the parts. A hose and replacement solenoid, nothing to fix the mechanism to keep the hose in place. Will now wait to get the next installment before calling the plumber again.
Loved the look of this faucet, have raved about it to friends and family, but now have to inform them to stay away as the company does not appear to stand behind its product. How can it be that the expectation is that I should hire a plumber to install parts that are broken after three months of use? To me this is an expensive, defective faucet. Should have been replaced, which is likely what I will end up doing rather than incur the plumbing fees for repairing their product. Buyer beware.
