Everyone involved was wonderful to work with, from Stacy at the office, team leaders Billy, Elson, Victor and Tyler, and of course, project manager Chase. All were competent, flexible and eager to please. Chase listened to our wants and ultimately produced a result that exceeded our expectations.

After interviewing, meeting and discussing our landscaping needs with 3 different businesses, we decided to go with Broward Landscaping, and consider it one of the best decisions we’ve made since buying our mid-century home in Fort Lauderdale. Although not the least expensive out of the three company proposals we received for the re-landscaping of our front yard, we were extremely impressed with the business professionalism of Chris, our single point of contact for the project, and Adam, the landscape planner, who oversaw the installation of his incredible landscape design which exceeded our expectations. The tear out of an existing privacy fence and several trees and plants, re-installation of a security gate, creation of imaginative islands of trees, plants, and hardscaping, and adjustment and enhancement of existing irrigation, took all of just two days. Immediately the neighborhood responded with thanks and praise for the work that was done. We finally felt that the house we bought over a year ago became a home we were proud of, and our presence in this neighborhood took an exciting new turn. Now in post installation, Chris is providing outstanding support in making adjustments to irrigation and giving advice to help avoid and minimize transplanting shock. Broward Landscaping did an amazing job with our new landscaping. From the time Chase came to give us a quote and share his expertise (and plan) to the cumbersome removal of a very overgrown front & back yard the landscaping crew worked very hard. They were efficient and made sure everything was cleaned up when they left. Chase worked with us to create a new look with just the right plants, trees, and stones. We love our backyard thanks to broward landscape! Adam is an artist with gut driven vision. He also has the manpower, equipment and resources to respond quickly. To start they came out with 2 days notice and moved huge coconut palms for our renovation project. He immediately had our modern vision and followed through completely! Hiring Adam and his team was exactly what we needed to renovate a run down back yard and turn it into an oasis for outdoor living. I didnt really know where to start on details and Adam basically said "I know what looks good and what will work here" and we went from there. The pool really pops with a deep blue diamondbrite and irridescent tile finish - combined with a travertine patio, new lansdscaping with great lighting and grill area - really makes the outdoor an enjoyable experience now. I met a very charming and charismatic owner of Broward landscape on a flight from Asheville, NC, back to Fort Lauderdale a few years ago. His name was Adam and he was so kind and considerate that I decided to give his landscaping company a try after I had an “airplane conversation” about how I had some trouble with dependability with the company I had been using. He gave me his personal number and a few days later I gave him a call to schedule an appointment. He immediately remembered me, asked about my dog and offered to send someone over to check out the issues I was having for free. A few days later my lawn and hedges were better than I had ever seen. He gave me a huge discount and personally called a few days later to make sure I was still content with their work. I, of course, was very pleased. I’ve been using this company for two years now and have never had a single issue or complaint. I would recommend them to anyone, and he still asks about my dog every time I schedule an appointment. This kind of detail and consideration you will not find anywhere else, especially in South Florida.

The owner, Adam, was kind enough to invite me to his nursery where he took me around on the golf cart to show me potential plants/trees. Through Houzz, of all the landscaping companies we contacted to discuss our landscaping project, Chase was the only one who responded. And as I've told Chase before, the things that really drew me to Broward Landscape were the exceptional reviews and the beautiful pictures. We have a little house with a little yard and we were refreshing everything outside, including the pool deck, driveway, and adding to our tropical vibe. Upon meeting Chase for the first time, we immediately knew we were in great hands. Chase provided us with a transparent and detailed proposal which he walked us through, complete with additions or subtractions that we could control. He patiently spent time with us on numerous occasions, including multiple site visits around our crazy schedule, nursery visits, and, as luck would have it, he even coordinated the final install around my wife's birthday and involved her in everything, which was really important to us. When we were days away from the final install, Chase spent the time we needed on the phone with us to completely walk through his vision for the entire yard, front and back. He had to hold us back at times because we kept agreeing and agreeing to all of his amazing suggestions. My wife and I can't say enough great things about Broward Landsape, Chase, Adam and the team. Adam even allowed us to adopt one of his prized and rare Pony Tail Palms (which had to be craned into our backyard), which in its new home creates a unique and natural gateway into our pool oasis. We moved into our house in the Parkland Golf & CC 12/16. I met the owner of Broward Landscape & Design, Adam Baker at that time & hired his company to maintain our property. I finally got around to committing to completely redoing the entire back yard about a month ago. Adam loves what he does and had a clear vision for what would look best in my backyard the minute he saw it. He told me the job would be completed well before Thanksgiving and it is almost there already. My wife and I left for a trip 11 days ago and when we returned last night we were blown away by the transformation. In place of old shrubs, hedges, trees, plants, mulch, rocks and assorted debris, we now have a backyard and pool area complete with all new beautiful landscaping and all lit up by a brand new lighting system. It literally looks like a different address back there now! I don't pretend to know much about landscaping and as a result, put my trust in someone like Adam, who's built a very successful business over the course of many years. Broward Landscape has performed three projects for me and my family. The first project was a swimming pool total landscape from bare ground to(as my grand daughter described) a desert to an oasis. The second project was an outdoor kitchen, hot tub, fire pit with pavers and artificial grass and shrubs. The third was a total re-do of the front of our vacation home including pavers, palms, shrubs and flowers. I am very pleased with all projects. I have dealt personally, with Adam Baker, the owner. He is very knowledgeable and helpful as is his right had man, Chase Green.

We called Broward Landscape after briefly meeting Chase at the Broward Home Show. He arrived promptly full of wonderful ideas for our backyard. He suggested trees and plants that were suitable for our lifestyle, our land, and our future back yard plans. When everything arrived and was professionally installed we were pleased by the quality of the trees and plants, they looked incredibly healthy. Upon making the final payment Chase reminded me to adjust the bill because all the material was not used, so I owed less, to me that honesty was worth everything. The creativeness of tree/plant placement, as well as selection of each, makes them the ONLY choice for your landscaping needs. Personally, I entered into a contract to provide 14 specific trees, and other various vegetation for a pleasant look and privacy. After Broward Landscape completed the job, I was so overwhelmed and in awe of their work, I ended up spending a total of $250k to completely redo my ENTIRE lot! 58 trees, numerous plants and flowers, a gazebo, look-out area, fire pit, etc. These people are artists. They can make your yard/lot/property a tropical paradise!! They are second to NONE!!! I would recommend them over and over and over!!

I was going to do a complete renovation but Chase was able to make a plan that was much more cost effective and ended up saving us so much money. He was able to turn my patio into an oasis that belongs in a magazine! Chase was able to save two huge trees that I thought I would have to remove and He created a lush environment with his creativity and foresight ! All the workers were efficient, clean and sweet. Chase was obliging with any changes and facilitated the entire project including furniture selection,fencing and permits. I would highly recommend chase as I had many other estimates and no one had the unique ideas that Chase had. The entire crew deserve a glowing review for their outstanding job! My only suggestion is to stay on top of the project because there was a huge delay in the permit which we were not expecting but would want others to know can sometimes add on to the expected completion time.

He was a great listener and responded within 24 hours for the costs and recommendations for my project. He knew I was trying to get this done within a certain time frame. His workers started this job on a day that rained all day. They returned the next day to finish up. They were able to transplant some existing plants which saved me money but created a new look in my yard. I highly recommend them.

We had a very specific need for our landscape project and we were very specific in our design aesthetic. Chase understood exactly what the challenge was as well as our taste in landscape design. We hired Broward Landscape to complete a full landscape renovation when we installed a new pool this summer. From our first meeting with Adam Baker we were inspired by his creativity and knowledge. We thought we had a good idea of what we wanted the finished product to look like, but were pleasantly surprised by the personal interest Adam took in listening to our wish list and making it even better than we knew to hope for. When shopping the job to other landscapers, we were given a menu of beautiful options, but were waiting for that “something” that would make our house stand out on the block. My wife and I hired Chase and the team at Broward Landscape to tear out, design, and re-landscape the front of our home in Fort Lauderdale. This project included bringing in new palms/ornamentals and hard-scaping including rock, stone and boulders. We also brought in various flowers, sod, moved irrigation, and added landscape lighting as well as completed a brick pathway connecting to the driveway. As is usually the case with a major project like this, we had some issues along the way, but the end result was absolutely beautiful landscaping in the front of our home. we worked with chase green setting up our landscaping as we had nothing at all and knew nothing as well. chase turned out to be a super guy and extremely knowledgeable. he asked our opinion and took our likes and dislikes into consideration. when we thought we wanted something other than what he suggested, he planted it and it was just not right. chase then took those plants out and put the original ones back which looked so much better. that's where his experience also came into play. I felt terrible but chase said not to worry it's his job. his experience and attitude was just great. they finished the job quickly and cleaned everything up. chase completed the landscaping job in an exemplary manner and we are exceedingly pleased. we would definitely recommend broward landscaping.

DO NOT HIRE Broward Landscape if you want a mediocre landscape project. Hire Broward Landscape if are looking for an exceptional outdoor living space that exceeds your every expectation. Take it from a skeptic. I had originally called Broward Landscape to install some large trees that needed to be placed prior to the beginning of our pool project. What I thought would be a fifteen minute consult turned into a real game-changer for the entire vision for our backyard. During our first meeting, the owner, Adam Baker, came over and asked to take a look at the plans for our backyard pool and gardens (within just days prior to digging our pool.) This seemed odd at first however we obliged and GOOD thing we did. He quickly pointed out several important and poignant flaws in the design. Even though Adam was not involved with our pool project up until that point, it was not long after that Broward Landscape competently and effectively took ownership of the project in concert with the pool builder to ensure quality and provide much needed oversight. It was re-assuring to have BL as a consultant of sorts during this major project wherein Adam would respond to (frequent) frantic calls, texts and emails promptly and usually, with a solution. As far as the design element, Adam is very good at encouraging you to move away from your comfort zone. We had kept files and folders of ideas pulled from magazines and on-line defining what we wanted. With Adam's in-depth knowledge of trees, plants, growing patterns, sun exposure and design, he really encouraged us to branch out into a design we would love while still respecting the basic elements of our vision. And our vision was lofty! We wanted a place for the kids to play, a place for the adults to relax, a place for the family to eat together, lights, a water feature, shade, shade and more shade, clean lines with mature landscaping….and I wanted it all to tie together and not look busy. Easy, right? Not so…but they did it. As far as the plant/tree selection, it’s a true luxury to ride through one of their nurseries and be able to hand-pick the trees you want…especially when it comes to specimen trees wherein the selection can be very subjective. Adam took a very generous amount of time educating us about our options and offering suggestions about what would work best. We visited home after home to view his work and he was always welcomed and greeted warmly by the homeowner…a sign of a job well done! Finally, seeing the vision come alive in an AutoCAD rendering he produced of our yard really sealed the deal for us. I must admit, I’m a bit Type-A and as a business owner, I am accustomed to handling projects start to finish. My advice to other consumers like me who are shopping a landscape vendor?….Just do what Adam tells you to do! We fought him on many different things and in the end, when we finally relinquished control, our outdoor living space was more than we ever could have hoped for and a far cry improvement over our original plans. I should mention also, and this cannot be overstated, Adam employs an exceptional, loyal and hardworking crew – a difficult find by today’s “find any cheap labor” standards. His crew always cleaned up (even when the mess was not theirs), worked like dogs in the summer sun and handled very, very large equipment and trees with mastery. (This is important as you watch a $15k tree pass inches from your roof line!) We built our home from scratch and dealt with many vendors over the years however I never met someone with more passion and genuine interest for their trade than Adam and his team at BL. He is as excited about your project as you are…possibly more. BL simply exceeded expectations at every turn. Now we start the day out back with our coffee and end the day with drinks by the fire pit after kids have gone to bed. Who can ask for anything more than that? Hire them, put your faith in them and you will not be disappointed.

Broward Landscape designed and installed landscaping surrounding a new structure we built. They also provided tree trimming, sprinkler repair and sod installation. My experience was very positive. Chase, who led the team, was very responsive, and most importantly followed through to ensure the team accomplished what they said they would do. The crew worked hard, were courteous and well spoken and again were responsive to me as we went through the process. I found it refreshing to work with a group who were timely, hard working and responsive. I would highly recommend Broward Landscape for anyone contemplating a project.

It started with a "vision" by their landscape designer, Chase. Then a guided walk through their nursery to pick out the exact specimen of trees and shrubbery. The crew was on time and worked tirelessly, long days in terrible ground under the brutal Florida sun. They completely transformed our non-functional yard in front which had been taken over by an large unruly Oak tree which wouldn't allow grass to grow. The back yard is now an oasis and a focal point.

Broward Landscape delivered and then some, after having our backyard remodeled last year it only made sense to use them again. Once again they proved to me not only knowledge but the right employees that made the install go flawless. From the owner to the guy who ripped out the plants they know what they're doing and the finished product shows. I worked with Adam to help redesign my backyard on the canal. He was very creative, organized and thoughtful. He designed a Pergola, Outdoor Kitchen, Fire Pit and a makeover for my pool including tiles, travertine and LED lights. He executed on the entire design and added the necessary landscaping components. The timeline from start to finish was about 6 weeks-- which was amazing-- Adam organized and ran the entire job while communicating the progress and next steps daily. Broward provided a full scale consultation, design and installation service to transform the woefully understated backyard and patio area into a warm, inviting, luscious tropic space for outdoor living. Broward listened closely to what I wanted to create, offered helpful suggestions, did not push any particular solutions/options, and together -- fluidly -- we morphed the project into an outcome which pleases me greatly. Not being a landscaper, I struggled with visions and imagining, but had trust that Chase would see me through. He was patience with my hesitations and endless questions! We worked specifically with Chase Greene, who accommodated our work schedule and provided us with some very unique palm specimens that we enjoy having on our property. He listened to our suggestions and ideas and incorporated them into his plans. He took the time to show us nursery stock on the Broward Landscape site, which provided a great visual for us, and procured unique trees from other growers. He was a patient and purposeful planner, providing us with thorough drawings and pictorials of his ideas. He was on the job site during installation which was a prerequisite for us when hiring any company. Stone work was added to our front yard which created various levels of interest to a previously one dimensional landscape design. We utilized his suggestion to install a lighting system on a walkway and illuminate specific trees, that creates great ambiance at night. Chase and his crew delivered a final project that we feel enhances the visual appeal and value of our property. He was in control and involved directly with the project from the beginning to the end. As an after-installation company, we have trusted Chase to have our large palm tree cut decoratively, and to maintain our lawn, apply fertilization, and replace or add plants to existing bedding areas. I needed to fix a muddy flooding problem that I had on the side of my house plus I needed all the white-fly eaten Ficus trees removed. I called Broward Landscape because they care for the lawns in my son's development and it always looks so nice. They did not disappoint. Chase and his crew removed all Ficus, planted hedges that the white flies do not like, dug a trench for the water and put rock on the whole side of the house so there is no more mud! I would highly recommend them.
