Distinctive Welding, Inc.

We have used Distinctive Welding for a few jobs and all of them have been great. The first they built a gate for our deck to match the railings at the top of the stairs and the second was gates to go on our fence in the yard. We have a small dog that kept escaping and they were able to build 3 different gates, all different sizes to custom fit the space. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend using them!

We worked with Distinctive Welding on three primary focus areas: a series of planters along the front of our house, some elevated garden boxes, and our firepit. We're thrilled with all of them! Distinctive brings a strong sense of artistry to their work - both from an eye to design and an eye to finishes. They described different options for the welding on our various elements - giving strong consideration to final appearance of the welds as well as the heat-driven coloration of the steel. We had to iterate a couple of times on our firepit due to lack of foresight on my part, but Distinctive visited me onsite and we examined options together until we came up with a plan - which turned out beautifully. This was one example of the ease of working with them and their excellent communication. In all cases we were presented with design CAD drawings for our review and approval before they proceeded. I have nothing negative to say about them, and a lot of positive. We'll definitely reach out to them for our next steel-based element that we want to have fabricated!

The design person Kevin came out and measured the opening for an interior metal gate. He matched the material and came up with an awesome design so the gate will fold in half and tuck into the wall nook. Install was fast and the installers explained how it worked. Great job, I'm very happy with the final product.

We had a patio railing built. Corey was very communicative and kept us in the loop through the process. He gave us good advice as to how the railing should be built, and managed our budget expectations. He directed us to Houzz for the first time, so we could get ideas of what we liked. We ended up with exactly what we wanted and it was finished quickly. Corey made it a really painless project.
