We hired CE Rivers to complete a full-house renovation and addition on our 1940’s Arlington brick colonial. The finished product is stunning, with wonderful craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout. What makes working with Casey and his team truly exceptional, is their professionalism and guidance throughout the process. For us this was a once in a lifetime undertaking, so having seasoned professionals to tackle our project was essential to its success. CE Rivers’ expertise was apparent throughout the process- they foresaw and mitigated any zoning/permitting issues with the county, they delivered on-time in the midst of the pandemic when supply chain issues were rampant, and they kept us informed of progress along the way. With any project of this size, problems will inevitably arise. However, the CE Rivers team never approached us with problems; instead, they came to us with solutions. Any questions or concerns we had along the way were addressed quickly and thoroughly, including after we moved back into the house. The confidence and trust that the CE Rivers team built with us as clients combined with the impeccable work they delivered made the entire renovation process well worth the time and expense.

We started and completed our home renovation with Casey Mason and the CE Rivers crew in the middle of 2020's pandemic. Our experience with them was nothing short of remarkable. To start, their estimate was accurate (within less than 5% variance), the craftsmanship was quality, the project finished a week before estimated finish date, and they stand by their work with check-ins after project completion. Any remodel is going to come with its challenges, it's how your general contractor approaches and handles those challenges is where you see the value in choosing the right company. CE Rivers met and exceeded my expectations at every stage in the project. More than willing to be a reference for them and glad I chose CE Rivers to handle my home expansion.

We had a great experience working with CE Rivers to renovate our 1950's colonial into our forever home. The work quality was amazing, there were no unexpected costs, and the project even finished early! To top it off we enjoyed working with the people at CE Rivers and consider them friends.

We could not be happier with the house Casey and his team build us. He was awesome to work with. He was everything you would ever want from a contractor. He was on time, on budget, good communicator, and delivered a high quality product. We had a unique project as we tore down the front 2/3rds on our home and added a basement and 3rd floor. Casey and his team were on top of every detail. The fact that we had a pandemic in the middle of the project and we kept our timeline and were within 1% of budget should tell you all you need to know. There were zero cut corners- he always went the extra mile to make our home amazing. We made a fairly major change in the middle of construction. Casey was patient and walked through options and helped us weigh pros and cons. In the end we have the house of our dreams. We cannot recommend Casey and his team highly enough.

They were outstanding with our kitchen and bathroom renovation project. Very detail-oriented and extremely high quality work. They were on time and on budget. I highly recommend them.

We hired CE Rivers for a substantial renovation to our home in Arlington. The project included a gut of our existing structure and the add on of a three story addition to the back of house. CE finished on time and within budget and were very communicative of how things were going in the process along the way. A few months after moving in our house was flooded during the one day storm of July 2019. Even though we were done with CE, we called in a panic, and Casey and crew mobilized within an hour to get out and help us get the damaged addressed. The flooding was the result of a creek in our back lot that would have flooded anyway (not a result of their work), but the fact that within four days he had a dumpster here and all of our carpeting and drywall was removed was amazing! We cannot recommend them highly enough. Our project is 15th Street North on their website.

We worked with CE Rivers, specifically Casey Mason, for our renovation/addition project during 2018. We really liked that they specialize in Arlington home renovations, and really know how to make an older home come back to life! From the first interaction, Casey was professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer our questions. Throughout the project, he and his colleague Jay kept us informed of progress on a weekly (often daily) basis and always made time to address any concerns we had. CE RIvers delivered our project on time and with beautiful finish and we couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

We had a fantastic experience working with Casey at CE Rivers. Our renovation was extensive, adding on a 3 story addition and side mudroom. Most importantly they were on time and on budget. Casey was transparent throughout the process, always patiently answering our questions and keeping us looped in on progress and milestones. We've been in the new house almost 10 months and can attest even further to the quality of his work. As typically settling issues have come up (which have been very minimal), Casey has been very responsive. He's a great contractor and would recommend him again. If you're lucky enough to get a slot in his busy schedule, you should take it!

We've worked with C.E Rivers on several projects this past year after one of our clients introduced us. Since being introduced, they have won four bids on our projects and finished three so far. Both Casey and Chris are very professional, easy to work with, and excellent managers. They are timely, polite, realistic, honest, and fair -- all extremely important traits for a General Contractor! So far the projects we've worked on have gone very smoothly, are on time, and on budget. They are a great team member to bring projects to life and always respectful of the design intent.
