BEST of HOUZZ 2014, 2015 & 2016: We are a boutique Architecture firm located near the Pike Place Market in downtown Seattle. We design modern, high-quality spaces for select, fun projects. From the overall site development to the most intricate details, our dedicated and talented team offers innovative and sustainable solutions for a variety of project types. Award winning Architect, Jim Castanes, AIA, founded Castanes Architects in 1984 with the goal of creating spaces that enhance the environment and the community as a whole. His work has been featured in The New York Times, Luxe Magazine, Seattle Homes & Lifestyles, Northwest Home, and many other regional & national publications.
