We purchased a white/grey ceramic tile from Italy with the help of Steve Cerami, the owner. We love it. The installation was perfect, it opens up and lights up our living room, dining room and entry areas -- replacing carpet we have had for years. The tile is also the new very enlarged size as well--it is spectacular!!!!

Beware-Daniel and the owner are fundamentally dishonest! We would recommend avoiding Ceramic Tile Design San Rafael. We have done a number of bathroom projects over the years. We have never encountered this level of dishonesty. We ordered pale gray tile and arrived home from work with a bathroom wall covered in dark gray/black tile. Daniel initially promised to help since the wrong tile had been installed. He then reneged on our agreement and stated that it was our responsibility. We corrected the problem at considerable cost. Beyond the financial ramifications, it is horrible to put your trust in people who lack professionalism and ethical standards.

Ceramic Tile Design is family-owned and they just celebrated its 30-year Anniversary with a huge bash of which I attended. They have two showrooms: one in San Rafael, and the other in San Francisco. The company keeps its staff for many years, thereby it's a testament as to how much they care for their employees. In essence, I highly recommend Ceramic Tile Design for those buyers who want the best experience in choosing their tile.
