Cesar was very professional and courteous from the beginning. We knew we needed some type of window covering for our kitchen bay window after we remodeled the kitchen. We had Roman shades before but we never liked the fact that when they were closed our beautiful view was gone, so we asked Cesar for suggestions. The 4 inch Plantation shutters were the perfect answer! They are beautiful! They did a very professional job. There were no unexpected issues from start to finish! We will definitely use him again!
