Purchased an African dancing shield and it is exactly what I wanted and had a few questions about delivery, mounting, material and place of origin. The cherish team not only answered the question but connected me with the supplier who sent additional mounting wires. They didn’t follow up, THEH FOLLOWED THROUGH!!! I am looking for another product only to show my gratitude for excellent customer service.

Beautiful and the quality was beyond our expectations. Delivery and setup were excellent and the delivery man was knowledgeable, quick and good at his trade. When weather turned ugly, he kept us posted on conditions and his progress. Good experience all around. Thank you.

I recently purchased 2 Henkel Harris Nightstands from Chairish. The items were beautiful and just what I was looking for to complete my guest bedroom. I did have a small issue that occurred during shipping - Ally, who assisted me from Chairish, was exceptional in remedying the problem. She stayed in contact with me until the issue was completely corrected . I could not ask for a better company to work with and would certainly purchase from them again.

Purchased a beautiful 1800’s Italian framed oil portrait - had an issue once delivered. Chairish team responded immediately, contacted the seller, resolved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction! Excellent service by their support team. I am a customer for life now. Beautiful rare and 1 of a kind items on this site - I buy with confidence knowing the support team resolves any issues quickly! 5 stars!

I was looking for a French "Cave a Liqueur" (a box designed to hold decanters and glasses for serving after-dinner drinks) and a French Louis XV side table to place it on. I found antique shops in France and the UK that had them, but they were way too expensive, especially after adding their shipping costs to the US. Chairish had exactly what I wanted for far less money. Their extremely fragile Cave a Liqueur was so well packaged that it took me over 30 minutes to unpack it. The shipping cost for this was around $25 vs. the $460 that a shop in the UK quoted me to ship a similar item.
