About Us

I am an experienced mural artist, producing high quality, original murals painted directly onto walls, ceilings etc.I also carry out a range of faux finishes such as marbelling, wood graining and distressed plaster. My service includes a full consultation with the designer and/or end client and is designed to be sympathetic to the design and architecture of the space it occupies. I work both inside and out, for businesses, schools, nurseries, care homes and private clients. I am particularly interested in working with Interior Designers and specifiers on larger projects.

Sarah has now done two murals for us and I just couldn't recommend her highly enough. She is fantastic at translating my non-artistic ideas into a beautiful reality and we never stop getting compliments on her stunning work. She is also a pleasure to have around and obviously incredibly dedicated to her craft.

Sarah has translated my ideas into finished works perfectly! She produced sketches in the first instance and was always open to tweaks and amendments. She is extremely professional and easy to work with and I will have no hesitation in asking Sarah to paint the murals required in my future projects.

Sarah responds immediately and grasps ideas which she interprets beautifully. This sensitive project was handled very well and her interpretation of the ideas for it moved everyone here as we took time to remember a whole lost family. As we pass the mural daily, we see "hope, life and love", the name we have given the painting. Thanks Sarah.

I was looking for collaboration with another designer in creating the abstract mural wall for my residential interior design project. I was so pleased that I have met Sarah before and when she has agreed to be involved in my design plans. Sarah has created a beautiful mural wall keeping in mind my brief and expectations. It was such a joy to work with Sarah on this project. Every time I was looking at abstract mural wall during and after the process of creation I was feeling extremely happy. Sarah at Charlotte Designs is an absolute treasure to work with. The planning stage of my mural was lots of fun and the finished design far exceeded my expectations. I only wish I had more walls for Sarah to paint on!

Sarah painted murals - one in each of my children's bedrooms. She carefully listened to the brief and we now have images that are beautifully tailored to each of their dreams and personalities. My children are over the moon with the result and it also did a massive amount to help them feel at ease in a new house. They still all feel immensely proud of their rooms. Thank you Sarah, will definitely use your talents again.
