Our co-op is the proud new owner of Citibin‘s for our trash collection! Before making this purchase, our rat problem was out of control! They were multiplying and breeding and starting to enter our co-op! We had to do something drastic and find a solution. Citibins solved our rodent problem, and they are quiet, durable and attractive. They are a definite upgrade and our tenants love them as well as our porter who can actually open the door to the unit to clean it properly. There was a delay getting our last units due to the supply chain which was not citibins doing, but they were communicative the entire time during the delay. The team every step of the way was helpful, showed up on time, and was courteous. Thank you so much Citibin!

Torborg Architects

As residential architects, we were very interested in the aesthetics & functionality of the Citibin. They were very helpful in sending us to all the Upper West Side (Manhattan) locations to see the colors. The construction is durable with nice clean lines. We opted for the planter & think it's a clever addition. Also decided that their assembly team was worth not trying to do it ourselves. The lead time was fine, the assembly went smoothly.

Our Citibins are a blessing on many fronts. Finally, a way to store recycling and trash that looks nice in front of our home and is secure from animals. And a way to feel safe with our package deliveries. We got the ones with the flower/plant holders on the back and people literally walk by and take photos because they look so nice. In other words, not your average trash system!

CitiBin combines a useful, well-made, nice-looking product with wonderful customer service. Most recently they helped us with a backyard project in Murray Hill, Manhattan : the client, a nonprofit which produces a lot of recycling and garbage weekly, needed help to manage that situation as a first step to redesigning the garden. CitiBin helped us trouble-shoot how to create a neat, presentable, easy-to-use solution that took the least amount of square footage possible. It looks great and we were we'll-supported through the whole process.

The below pictures pretty much tell the story. We had squirrels and raccoons and who knows what else eating through the wood on our trash shed. Every morning we walked out to a nasty mess no matter what we tried (sprays, bricks, bungee cords, etc.). After searching for options, we discovered Citibin and gave up on wood trash sheds altogether. The Citibin team was fantastic to work with when placing our order and the installers were professional. Citibin made this experience easy all around. We are the trash envy of our neighborhood in suburban NJ. No more critters in our trash! Thanks Citibin!

I’m very happy with our citibins. Our building did an exhaustive search for trash containment options and the citibins were the most attractive and well designed bins we found. They were not the cheapest option but these bins are worth the extra money we paid. The bins are rodent proof and very well designed (the lids have a soft close that is so worth it). We could not find another company making rodent proof bins that we liked the look of. The company was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this product.
