I decided to do a renovation of my townhouse kitchen and am so happy I had Allan as my Project Manager. He was so accommodating with my schedule, kept me up to date to schedule changes, was knowledgeable and had an eye for detail coming back multiple times to do touch ups that I had noticed. He provided excellent recommendations and helped me create my dream kitchen. They respected my budget and I was pleasantly surprised when the project came in under budget. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again when I finally decide to Reno my bathrooms.

We hired Coordinated Kitchen and Bath to update both ensuite bathrooms in our upstairs bedrooms in July/August 2022. This company did a great job from top to bottom and we were very pleased with the final results. The project manager Michael Williams was very helpful, always available and immediately responsive from the initial planning to completion. No question was left unanswered and I had a lot of questions. Lol! Nicole Phillips advice regarding tile and paint colours was spot on. Michael's coordination of his trades was well coordinated and there was minimal upset to our lives while being here during the whole process. we had no complaints whatsoever. Very pleased with the whole renovation.

Coordinated did a small bathroom reno for us. Mike and Dylan were very good from the start. They gave me all the info I needed to make my choices. When the project started they stuck to the schedule and always showed up on time. Mike and Dylan were on site to be sure all was going well. There crew were excellent. I like that they use a licensed plumber and electrician, not just a jack-of-all-trades doing everything. I recommend them and intend to use them for my next project - the kitchen.

We hired Michael Williams and his team for a full kitchen renovation, en suite, powder room. From our initial 1st meeting they were super organized easy to deal with and honest. The quotes and pricing are transparent and clear. You know exactly what is included and what you are paying for. The additional of Nicole's design/colour skills is an added bonus. Michael has numerous relationships with suppliers, trades and contractors which is super helpful.Michael responds super quickly to any questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to use this company again, there attention to detail is phenomenal.

We engage with C-K&B and found them easy to connect with, has good reference from folks at our strata which was good, the process was strait forward, the project unfolded as planned and on budget, they were very responsive to changed / additional work we requested. The quality of work was as expected / promised. In hindsight there are a few things we would have done a bit different but these have to do with us as first timers with such a project..... over all well done, a good experience and happy to recommend C - K&B for a renovation project.

I recently underwent a kitchen/bathroom renovation by Co-ordinated Kitchen & Bath who did an awesome job. The trades were first class, timely, efficient, respectful and clean. Project Manager Allan Wray oversaw the job from day one with daily visits to the site to ensure all was going according to his well laid out plans - this took all of the stress out of the reno for me knowing that he was in full control. The owner of the company Mike also made regular visits. I felt confident from the beginning that my kitchen/bathroom was going to be great - and it was. The quality of the cabinets is also worth mentioning as they are quite beautiful. Thank you CK&B for a job well done.

Ten years ago Coordinated Kitchen did a complete bath and kitchen renovation in my condo. I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the project. A couple of times since, I have experienced some minor issues that required attention - certainly to be expected after many years of constant use. Not knowing where to turn, I contacted Coordinated to ask their advice. Both times they have responded immediately, put me in touch with the right people and have even helped me out with a replacement part. Not many companies continue to assist a customer long after the renovation has been completed. For me this aspect has been every bit as important as the initial renovation. I highly recommend their services and will certainly call on them again if I ever have occasion to do another renovation.

We love our kitchen and family room renovation, and are now working with Coordinated Kitchen and Bath on laundry and bathroom renos. Our project manager, Mike, is organized and easy to work with. He kept us appraised of schedule and cost changes, and met our overall schedule for completion. He was on top of fixing deficiencies, as well as things that did not work as designed/planned. Nicole's sense of colour and recommendations for design were really helpful. We love the final results. We highly recommend Coordinated Kitchen and Bath.
