Creo Projects LLC was founded by Andrew Watermeyer in 2008 with a vision to make interior remodeling in New York City a smooth and reliable process. Andrew wanted to ensure that the renovation process for his clients was a rewarding and fun experience. Today, this philosophy still translates into renovation the way it should be: honestly and with the highest level of integrity. This tenet is central to our tailored approach to client satisfaction. We pride ourselves on thorough preparation, accurate costing, and most of all finishing all our projects with happy clients. Our company focuses on collaborative construction in order to realize design intent and always adapting to our individual client’s requirements. We believe in working closely with our clients, designers, architects, and engineers to provide the best possible product at the lowest cost. With an arsenal of building experience in NYC, Creo specializes in handling complex building codes and facilitating access to Manhattan apartment buildings. While we specialize in residential projects, we also have experience and knowledge in commercial space remodeling. Our experience includes new construction, phased renovations, restorations and technically complex construction. We work extremely hard to minimize our environmental footprint.
