Craig Young Construction Company

We've used Craig Young Construction for two major remodel/new construction projects. He's a creative problem solver and honest in his contract dealings. His sub-contractors are very good. He worked well with our architect and our communication throughout was excellent. He's an excellent contractor who I would recommend wholeheartedly.

Though I reference only one project in 2013 below, we have used Craig on and off over the last six years to do various projects small and large at our vacation home in Ojai, CA. He and his workers are so diligent, skilled, professional, courteous, and communicative, that we also chose to hire him for additional work here in our primary residence in Venice, CA. He has done everything from building and designing an outdoor pool/spa, to complete re-roofing, to overseeing and managing termite damage, managing installation of solar panels on both properties, interior maintenance projects, designing and installing an enormous outdoor treehouse... the list goes on. We have been very happy with Craig in every aspect of each project. He is direct and clear in communication. He is honest and forthright and attends to every project as fast as humanly possible, and provides the highest quality of work. We continue to happily foster our relationship with Craig and will call upon him for any and all construction projects we have planned in the future.

CYC has been the best renovation and construction team we have worked with the past three years bar none. Their work is timely, of high quality and priced reasonably. Also, they seem to enjoy doing the "little extra" things it takes to really make a project successful. Most folks make projects harder than they need to because their approach is not win-win like the CYC Company.

Craig is the nicest, most professional and knowledgeable contractor i have worked with in my many years of building and remodeling homes - you just can't pick a better human being!
