Sent wrong item then continued to delay request for correct item to he shipped. Stated it was a “manufacturer delay”. They now want me to return the incorrect item before they will issue a refund. It has been a total disaster and I would not recommend the use of this company.

Sent the wrong finish on my $600 light fixture, which we didn’t notice until we opened the box to install in our new home 2 months later. After corresponding back and forth only through messages (since there is no direct number to speak with an actual person) I was informed that no refund or exchange was possible since it had been more than 30 days. So this is how they treat their customers: 1. Send the wrong item initially, 2. Take no responsibility for the mistake, 3. Offer no exchange or refund because of a “policy” that doesn’t apply in this situation. Do not order anything through this company, you’ll be saving yourself a huge headache should anything be wrong with your purchase.

Ordered 2 chairs for a clubhouse remodel back in August. The shipment date kept changing, and I sent 3 messages to find out what was going on with no reply. I got a hold of houzz support and they were able to contact homesquare who promised to ship package on Oct 2nd which did not happen I received another e mail this week saying it would ship Oct 6th. I went to check this morning and it is October 6th I do not see it in process for shipment. I ordered several items from Houzz that were great quality, and shipped on time. Stay tuned I will be sure to update status of these chairs which if they do ever arrive I am concerned about quality after reading reviews.

So disappointed ordered a chair to be delivered to my mother, Ordered Mar 3, delivery between mar 9-15. I noticed our credit card had not been charged so called Houzz, they said the chair had not shipped yet, I called again on Mar 15, still had not shipped, but would be sent out in the next 2 days. I called the following Monday Mar 20, Houzz would contact seller and get back to me. Since they failed to deliver in the 7 days they promised and did not communicate I said please cancel the order. Houzz did not call me back in two days, I ordered another chair from other company. Wednesday Mar 22 I get an email with a tracking number saying the chair had been shipped. I believe Homesquare is responsible for this poor service and no communication, but Houzz might have done more than tell me to keep checking back. I would not recommend to anyone.

The response time when there is an issue is at a snails pace. At first notification they offered a 10% discount for the damaged item. When I didn't go for that they then required pictures. Its now 5 days after I sent the pictures, still no answer. Stay tuned...

I just received my order in the mail. Very disappointed- you advertise your product as metal files but instead what I got was just the plastic cardboard organizers. Your pictures are very misleading on account that you probably use that to lure people into thinking they are buying something else and scamming them. This was a total waste of money and my time. Your shipment arrived via fed ex ground and the box was opened. I am attaching images of the received package and a snapshot of what I paid for and the false advertising you gave me for "metal file cabinets". has been beyond agonizing. Now the seller said they are attaching a return shipping label but no attachment was in their message. Now I have to wait until Monday to ship this item IF they remember to ACTUALLY send me a return shipping label like they were supposed to. This has been extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and a waste of my time!

Reminds me of Ikea, you have to put together the piece yourself. We found Cymeax on Houzz and ordered an item for the entrance of our home to get the area more organized. We figured an area to sit and have shoes stored underneath would be a good idea. So we get the furniture from Cymax and it took us over a 2hour to put it together and guess what... my biggest pet peeve of all time. One piece is missing the pre-perforated hole. This might not be a big deal for some people, and perhaps my rating is harsh but I hate wasting time. 2nd piece came fast after my rant here... thanks Houzz.
