I really cannot find enough great words to express our gratitude to Dave at Town Oak Construction for our remodel. He is so incredibly knowledgeable, thorough & really listens to your vision. While I’m sure that I drove him crazy with my unusual / off-the-wall requests, you could NEVER tell. He was always willing to go the extra mile & smile through to make it happen. You really can’t put a price on the expertise & the peace-of-mind that he brings to making sure your home is done to perfection and most importantly, safe & sound. Dave’s communication & attentiveness to the job is unmatched. His trades were all the kindest & most respectful people we’ve worked with. They were always thoughtful & respectful when it came to our home & our family. We lived through a massive remodel & while not ideal — Dave & crew made it not only manageable but enjoyable if you can believe it. We would highly recommend Dave & will continue to use him for all future projects. Dave is a PRO, don’t make the mistake of going with your average Joe! Thanks Dave! We are so grateful for you & turning our home into a little slice of heaven for us.

We were a casualty of the Texas freeze in early 2021. We had pipes that burst, and did extensive damage to our home. A vendor that we had done business with had highly recommended Town Oak. At a time when we were having a challenge trying to find a competent contractor, we were surprised, and excited when we met with Dave Rupp, the owner. He was very straightforward on his capabilities, and he came back with a very detailed proposal on costs of this project. We also found out thru our conversation, that he had done a major remodel of a good friend of ours, and I immediately gave them a call to check his reference. Our friends had been very pleased, and that recommendation, along with the vendor's recommendation were enough. Throughout the process, he kept us very informed as to timeline of certain items, and as to costs of change orders, and his sub contractors were all very competent. In a business where there are many unscrupulous companies, Town Oak really stood out for their professionalism and competency. I can highly recommend, without reservation, Town Oak Construction for any remodeling needs.

Without exception, Dave Rupp and his subs were the most knowledgeable and skillful, most dependable, and most honorable folks I have ever worked with on a home renovation project. I have subsequently recommended Dave to everyone I know who is considering remodeling/renovating any space at all. His pricing, as he is quick to point out, will not be the lowest, nor will it necessarily be the highest, but it is FAIR and takes into account ALL of the realities of such an undertaking. You won't have to worry about unwelcome "surprises", which seem to plague all of the low-bid contractors. Dave is the consummate experienced professional and keeps things moving at a steady, rapid pace, thanks to his careful coordination of subs and materials. You'll always know the status of your project and will know what to expect, rather than wondering when someone is going to show up to work!! I can honestly say that I had absolutely not ONE complaint that arose during the lengthy, complete demolition and renovation of my 2700sf space in a mid-rise residential apartment building with strict rules regarding such work, including restricted entry and hours for workers to be present. I will never use anyone other than Town Oak Construction and Dave Rupp for any job, large or small. He is THE BEST.

We had Town Oak completely renovate a bathroom in our home. It was a major project and involved moving plumbing and walls. We could not be happier with the outcome. Our bathroom is amazing. I showed pictures to a friend and she thought the pictures were from a magazine. I HIGHLY recommend Dave Rupp and Town Oak Construction.

We're very happy with our whole home remodel with Town Oak Construction. Dave brought the project in on time and under budget. But his real strength is in communication. He texted every day and kept me informed about what was done and what was planned for the next day. If he needed decisions from us, he laid out the options clearly so we could make a good choice. The end result is stunning. We love our "new" house.

I had my kitchen completely remodeled last May 2019. I am so happy with the results I did all new cabinets on the appliances new floor removed a wall. Dave listen to me and led me on the right track in my decisions. I would do it all again

There should be a place to give Town Oak Construction "10 Stars". Dave and his team not only met our expectations they exceeded them not once, but twice! During our first and second remodel projects Dave took our loft from old, dark, and depressing, and transformed it into a new, light, and uplifting space. He managed our expectations by meeting with us, our interior architect, and designer. We came up with a plan, budget, and time line. We felt so good about hiring Dave, that we left town while the first remodel was being done. He keep in constant communication with us, and sent us daily photos to see the progress. When we arrived home to our loft it was everything we dreamed of, and what Dave said was going to happen did, on time and in budget. During our second phase, the Master bedroom, bathroom, and closets we were living in our house. We got to see how Dave worked with his subcontractors which were all very professional. The areas in which they worked were always cleaned up each day. This time was different, I was around. I have to admit I can be a bit type "A", but Dave always had patients for all of my questions, and ideas. Not only did he help my vision come to life, but he made suggestions that made them even better. That is something you only get with a person who has had a lot of experience and knowledge in their field. If you are looking for a friendly, hard working, honest, responsive company who does quality work then hire Town Oak Construction.

Excellent contractor. Would not use anyone else after having used Town Oak Construction 3 times to redo a couple of bathrooms and partial renovation of a kitchen. Dave and his team of professionals were great to work with from design to completion! Their broad experience, attention to detail and high quality workmanship were a perfect fit. It was also refreshing and enjoyable to do business with someone that continually works on a project without any unnecessary downtime. Excellent coordination and communication throughout! Town Oak Construction has completed two renovations to our home and we are extremely satisfied with our choice of contractors. After meeting with Dave a detailed scope of work and agreement was sent for review which clearly explained all items included in the project. Dave very clearly outlined the budget and timeline and worked with us to fine-tune both as needed. Throughout the projects Town Oak Construction demonstrated professionalism, expertise, customer service and true passion for their business. The project site was very clean, every day Dave took great our home as work was being done. Dave is very trustworthy and genuine and is passionate about the quality of work Town Oak Construction completes. Dave and his crew have literally taken our home from the early 70’s to a 2020 Modern Farmhouse. The renovation of our kitchen, dining, living, covered patio, interior/exterior paint and new roof is a over halfway completed on schedule and we are already in love. Dave is hands on by working with the crew everyday, replying to text/emails, answering questions and explaining patiently the process. Cannot wait for final reveal!!

We are very pleased with the work done by Town Oak Construction. We did an office remodel. We had two small office rooms and a hallway that we wanted to be turned into one large office work space. Everything was going to be new from ceiling to floor. Town Oak started on time, very quickly after our contract was signed. All the different workers were coordinated efficiently so that the work continued to be accomplished. Town Oak finished on time and didn't have any added expense. Mr. Rupp turned all our ideas and concepts into reality. We are very thankful to have someone we could trust and who would do quality work. We will definitely look to use Town Oak on our next project.
