My partner and I have used Pat Mooney of Designlines on 5 different projects. The first project was a $2m home in which Pat selected all the finishes, she was our representative on all design issues, and she furnished the home. The second project was a $1.6m home in which she did the same. On the third project, a remodel, Pat was our contractor and designer. We were so pleased with Pat's work that we used her services on a home we built in Santa Fe, New Mexico. There again, Pat selected all the finishes, she was the the owner representative on all design questions, she assisted us with furnishings, and as with the 2 other homes we built, she prepared our kitchen and bath layouts. We are now using Pat to help us furnish a home in Parker, Colorado. Pat is conscientious, attentive, she has excellent design skills and she communicates regularly regarding the status of our project. On top of that, we have found her fees to be eminently reasonable. We have referred Pat to friends and colleagues who require interior design services. We would not be using Pat, on this, our fifth project if we did not trust her implicitly.
