Designs by Zone is a kitchen, bath and whole house design and remodeling firm in Central Florida. After working as a designer for more than 30 years professionally, owner Lawrence Franzone decided to pursue his dream of owning his own design firm. Lawrence has always enjoyed building, art, color, construction and the many layers involved in putting a design together and loves to offer his years of experience and design knowledge to his clients. With each project, Designs by Zone aims to provide their clients with a wonderful and improved design and they believe the experience of working with different people with various styles and design needs makes for a beautifully designed project.
