Damaged my neighbors Fence, hit my roof, and put ruts in my side yard including smashing a french drain. Was not level had to rent a compactor to smooth sand down. Called Bobbie said he was not responsible since he gave me a good deal. He blamed me said the area was too small, if it was too small why did you take the job? Have to fix French Drain and fill in the ruts, fixed the neighbors fence and our roof, costing us a lot more money now.

Very dissatisfied with this company! We arranged for a quote to have our house pad, driveway and culvert installed. Accepted the $11,000 + quote assuming we would get what we paid for. Everything was going well, there was some concerns regarding the stabilized sand sitting for days, which it's our understanding it's supposed to be used within hours. Also concerned about pad being level. Concrete contractor placed forms for the slab and stated the pad was NOT level. It would require an additional 2-3 loads of select fill ($160 per truck load), which he said he would spread for us. Contacted Houston with DirtWirx and was assured that we would be taken care of. Started calling and texting Houston wanting to arrange for delivery. He wouldn't answer either calls or texts. Contacted Bobby Cooke (owner) who after talking to him, he finally said he would take care of it and would call back in an hour and a half. That was 2 days ago. So we're out more money because we have to have a level pad!!!

As of 2016, I have a pending lawsuit in Montgomery County for $10,000 against the owner of DirtWirx, John "Bobby" Cooke. I would not recommend giving Bobby Cooke ANY money or allowing him to step foot on your property.

I had a large tree limb that needed to be cut off. i met Dirtwirx people at the house, and they answered all of my questions and clearly explained the various options that I had. his crew came out and took off the limb, then they came back a week or so later (it was rainy at the time) and ground out a stump in the yard. All for a very reasonable price.

The owner of Dirtwirx and his entire crew are all very professional, efficient, honest, and polite people! They took out multiple trees at our house including a HUGE one right by the house. They cleaned up quickly after they were done and prices were very fair! Will definitely be using them again if we need tree services again!

Their services are excellent. Dirtwirx came and do the estimates, explains everything in great details. The crew arrived as scheduled. Fast, polite, efficient, and thoughtful. My neighbor hired another company, spent similar amount of money like we do but the result is a big different. Highly recommended.

Today Dirtwirx came out to clean up my cherry blossom tree and to take up the branches on another large tree that was coming over the side of my roof. As always the crew was quick, efficient and as polite as could be.

They give free quotes. They are expert, meticulous, prompt, efficient and friendly. They clearly maintain their equipment. I have always been 100% satisfied with their work. I have recommended them to family and neighbors who were also highly satisfied. I know of nobody who was dissatisfied with their work.

I would highly recommend this company. They just trimmed our three oak trees. I found them to be priced fairly, very hard working and they are licensed and insured. Great job Guys!

We have used Dirtwirx Service and they have been excellent. There was a tree which was wedged between our house and driveway. Half the tree extended over our house. I don't know how he did it, but the tree is down with zero damage to anything on our property. His crew is great, friendly and courteous, and they clean everything up when the job is done. We would not use anyone else.
