This was our first renovation project in an 80 year old house; we had a primary bathroom completely gutted and renovated into one that supported aging in place. Lucas was our project manager and did an incredible job. His communication was SUPERB and their bid was one of the best of 6 companies we compared. Lucas answered every single question we had and made sure we felt confident. The team working in our house, Jacinto and Jefferson, were so talented, kind and meticulous. Our house was always left incredibly clean and we were given the opportunity to ask questions every single day. This company is second to none. We can't wait to plan our next project.

DMV are great contractors. DMV installed an elevator which involved significant construction and remodeling. They - Javier the CEO -listens to your needs, is very responsive, implements on time and in accordance with the agreed budget. The quality of the work teams (who stay with your through the project) is exceptional. They clean up after everyday's work and the quality of the output is terrific.

DMV was terrific! They remodeled my basement, converting an unfinished room to a library, the half bath to a full, new flooring, lighting, added a glass enclosed wine storage under the stairwell, and completely gutted the guest bath. The finished work is absolutely beautiful. They were on budget and on time - the crew was so professional and I was kept informed by them and the PM every day so I always knew what was being executed. I would absolutely hire them again and give them my highest recommendation. Amazing work!

DMV Kitchen and Bath RECOMMENDATION 2023 March In December 2022-January 2023, DMV Kitchen and Bath completely gutted and rebuilt 2 bathrooms for me (foundation, pipes, electric – everything). In addition, they restored several 110 year-old door transoms, installed new doors (5 panel solid wood) throughout the house, upgraded some woodwork, installed two pocket doors, and painted a few rooms. We used high quality materials throughout, not builder-grade. This is the third time I’ve asked DMV Kitchen and Bath to do a major renovation in one of my properties over the last 10 years. Each time they have done superior work when it comes to: •Doing service properly on first try •Promptness •Letting you know cost early •Neatness of work •Pleasantness •Advice on service options and costs •Overall quality •Prices I cannot recommend DMV Kitchen and Bath more highly. All three times, it’s been a hassle-free experience with excellent results. They’ve exceeded my (high) expectations every time.

I had 2 bathrooms upgraded by DMV Kitchen and Bath, and I couldn’t be happier. Lucas, the designer and overseer of the project, as well as his team were a pleasure to work with and were very flexible. Communication was excellent from initial design to completion. Lucas assisted me in choosing the products and made the selection so easy for me. I have absolutely no complaints. The workers were prompt, worked efficiently, and were very skilled. When something did come up, I was consulted, and the issue was taken care of quickly and without question. The men even did a little extra in one of the bathrooms, and I was so appreciative. Lucas and his men were very professional, detail oriented, and respected me as well as my home. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. When it comes time to update my kitchen, I will look no further than this company. They are truly fabulous to work with and do exceptional work. I highly recommend them.

We highly recommend DMV Kitchen and Bath. They remodeled our 3 full bathrooms, and updated our kitchen counters and back splash. We started by choosing 3 highly rated companies from Angi, and requested quotes from each. One of the 3 would have had us acting as our own buyers, and we wanted the contractor to take care of that. Of the remaining two, DMV's quote was significantly lower than the other. Our designer Javier was very attentive to our wishes and took the time to make sure that we understood what was to be done and were happy with the materials that we had chosen. The two-man team who did the work were very competent, energetic and efficient. There were a few small problems along the way, but Javier and his team did what was necessary to correct any problems to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the results, and would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

DMV is the best!!!! We hired DMV to remodel our kitchen and could not be happier or more impressed with the work. The entire process from start to finish was top notch. Javi was exceptionally responsive during the quote/design process, and Maynor and Maynor did flawless work and were a pleasure to have in our home. We really cannot say enough good things about this team. They exceeded all of our expectations, and the price was very competitive. DMV will absolutely be our first call for future remodeling projects in our home.

We used DMV Kitchen & Bath to add a bathroom to our basement and we could not be happier with the outcome. Ivan Nogales was fantastic to work with, he walked us through every consideration at the beginning and was very flexible and responsive to our needs. At one point there was an issue where our fiberglass panel could not fit in the basement so they put in a tile shower instead and Ivan honored the original agreed upon price. Both of the employees working the labor of the job were top notch and were able to get the basement bathroom fully installed in less than 2 weeks. We highly recommend DMV Kitchen & Bath.

As someone who is always nervous to recommend services to others, I would recommend Javier and his team at DMV Kitchen & Bath without pause. They are top notch. We chose DMV Kitchen & Bath after being referred by a friend and meeting with Javier. We wanted to do a kitchen remodel as well as replace the flooring on our entire 1st floor and staircase. We were looking for a company that could meet our budget but more importantly, we were looking for a company that was honest and trustworthy. The team at DMV Kitchen & Bath is just that. Javier was respectful of our budget at all times while still getting us the high-end look we were hoping to achieve. I am infamously indecisive and Javier always had options for me and would make last minute adjustments with a smile of his face. I never felt pressured with any choices which was very important to me. Javier took and very consultative approach and guided us in the right direction while still giving us free reign to make decisions. We had never planned to do a home renovation during a pandemic, working from home with two small children, but the process was so smooth and painless thanks to the amazing hard work of their team. Alvaro, Caesar and Martin are just wonderful. We couldn’t have imagined a better experience! Our kitchen is gorgeous, better than I could have ever hoped for thanks to Javier and DMV. Now we are already looking for our next project so we can have them back.

DMV did a great job on our master and hallway bathroom remodel project. Javier and his crews couldn't have been more professional and courteous. The design Javier developed was exactly what we wanted. The crews did an excellent job with all aspects of our project. They made sure all floors leading to both bathrooms stayed covered , sealed off the mbr during demo with floor to ceiling plastic, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Javier visited numerous times throughout the project and was extremely quick to answer any questions. The pricing was reasonable and we were provided many material options to choose from. We would have no problems whatsoever in recommending DMV to anyone doing a bathroom remodel project.
