Have ordered and paid for 10 doors, special order. In five months they have not arrived. In two weeks of trying to reach them by phone, email, and chat, I can get no response. I think something is going wrong there.

Very quick to take my money. Shipping was delayed multiple times. The computer guided service line just hangs up on you and emails are not getting answered. At this time I am convinced my money was stolen.

My General Contractor bought an entire house of interior doors, the doors in stock took 3 months for delivery with countless excuses. Had pocket doors custom ordered, still have not received them 5 months from order date. No one returns phone calls and their distributor which has the same answering service as doors and beyond has filed for chapter 11. Filing claim with credit card company to recover the cost of the doors not delivered. The doors a beautiful but stay away.

seller resolved issue with restocking fee amount and refund value. The doors did look beautiful, but even "in stock" doors take a while to ship.

few issues: 1st) they promised me 10 to 14 days to ship my 7 in stock doors before I order it. as soon as I paid them in full, delay and after delay and they were closed for 3 weeks for holidays. (they didn't mention it before I order), the doors finally shipped after 2 months. 2nd) they shipped it with UPS, which scheduled delivery 3 times and didn't show up, I had to call 10 times before i found out UPS has lost my doors , after 4-5 days of talking to UPS, I finally they found it and I received the doors. 3rd) after opening the package, one of the doors badly damaged, many missing pieces, not a single installation document, half of the doors was not even prepared as promised. I have send them many picture and still waiting for their response. update: but the manager made everything correct, they sent me all the missing pieces and give me $400 refund for damaged door etc. I am satisfied with their finial response and customer service.

Beautiful doors, awesome hardware. Terrible customer support. We ordered 12 doors, 8k purchase. 10 doors are scratched, 9 frames are missing. It's been 5 month of non existing customer support, they simply do not reply to our emails. We live in a home with no door frames and its as you can see on the pictures, not very attractive. Suggest to not order with this company because if you have an issue, they will not take care of it. Very unhappy.

Still waiting on a straight answer on when my doors will arrive. I ordered them over a month ago. At the time of placing the order, I was told they were already in stock and the longest it would take was 10-15 business days to ship. After about 21 business days, I started calling them for status updates and have gotten nothing but run-arounds and false promises to ship my doors. On a couple occasions, I've been told someone will look into the order and call me back, but then no one ever calls. Promises to send follow-up e-mails have also not been kept. On Monday, 11/20/2017, I was told my doors were shipping out that day and I would receive them in 2 days. Well, needless to say, the doors didn't come and they were never actually shipped. I'm sick of being lied to by this company. Please stay far away from them, they are totally unprofessional and dishonest.

I picked up a double door locally. They failed to include handles (both a complimentary privacy handle and the dummy handle for which I paid). They refuse to provide the handles. The owner is rude and I was told that if I bought 20 doors, my issue would be given attention. I now have one very expensive door without handles and will have to pay for the missing handles again. I was given no choice. In addition, the large door jamb was not fit correctly for the door. I would never buy from this company again and would advise others to avoid them. These doors are available from other vendors.

This guy is great. I sent the request for quote through the Yelp messaging function and he responded in a matter of minutes. P. S. good company but product is mach better

I started thinking about new interior doors a year ago and looked around, I decided to use DoorsandBeyond. I bought 7 arazzinni smart pro 4H doors and they came in about 10 weeks. Good website, good customer services, good timing!

Made a $30000 order, order was short 5 doors, several doors was hinged wrong, and several doors were bored wrong. Delivery was month and a half late.They did not correct thsee problems, blew me off.
