I foolishly hired an unlicensed contractor and Under Construction came in and professionally reviewed and diagnosed all the problems. The company's knowledge of electrical and plumbing were very worthwhile. The kitchen remodel was a nightmare and D. Carnaby was extremely helpful in co-ordinating the cabinets with countertops and backsplash. I would highly recommend this company.

Duan from Under Construction Contractors LLC had performed an excellent job, quick and efficient throughout the whole process on installing new roofing on my rental properties. Working with Under Construction, on now our third project. Has been rewarding both financially and professionally! The entire crew was knowledgeable, clean, respectful and even helped manage my dog thru 2 bathroom remodels. Duan Carnaby with Under Construction is cost effective without limiting the look of the finished product. Under Construction also did a basement remodel 5 years earlier and was happy they were available to do the bathrooms.

Duan and his crews were excellent to work with. They replaced the siding, windows, roof, gutters and painted the exterior of my house. All of the workmen were very considerate of my family and pets and Duan took extra care to make sure my conceptual design came to life with amazing detail. The project turned out better than I expected, was within budget and was done in a very timely manner. We had one hiccup during the project and Duan handled it like a true professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in my family.

We added a Sun Room and patio to our house. The first several contractors came out and gave us estimates w/o discussing any details about the sunroom. After waiting a year and trying again, Duan came out gave us an estimate after going over the details, reviewing those details and providing a broken down estimate of what the cost of each portion of the project. After discussing our budget we were able to make adjustments to the project to fit our cost goal. For the actual construction, he came out every day to every other day depending upon the work and checked it. Several items were redone based his standards of how the work should be completed. In addition he and most of his crew were willing to work around our Rottweilers and they didn't open the house up to the dogs until the last steps needed to be done. We have enjoyed our sun room and patio. We are going to use Duan next for a Bathroom remodel.

I have worked with other remodelers but I always come back to Under Construction for their attention to detail and willingness to work with me until I am satisfied with every aspect of the project.
