Dunn Lumber was great to work with for our Canyon Creek cabinet order. Randy was very patient working through multiple iterations of our cabinet layout and making last minute changes. We love our Canyon Creek cabinets.

I've been using Dunn Lumber material for 18 years now. Their service, quality and prices are great! For contractors like myself, their $40 delivery fee and their $20 pick up for return fee is amazing. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and they know what they're talking about.

Eric at Dunn Lumber was very helpful in assisting me in the design of our new kitchen. He was very professional, knowledgeable and was on top of the detail needed for cabinet installation. Randy is great. Canyon Creek is a clown act. I have many freinds, clients and contractors I know who have had great experiences with CC. They are all surpirsed to hear about my issues. I don't think I'm being too picky, I just want what I ordered to arrive undamaged and built correctly. We ordered cabinets in October, we do not yet have all the units. Randy has been dealing with them and trying to get all this resolved. We started around October and it won't be donenow until next year assuming they finally send undamaged, properly built units.

Potter Construction Inc

We have worked with Dunn Lumber since 1979. They have very knowledgeable staff and helpful yard guys that carefully load things in the trucks. I am most impressed by their support of the local remodeling council. It is hard to run a successful remodeling company and they go out of their way to help educate me and others on how to do the right thing. It is a family operation and it shows in their people.

I worked with Randy Schultz to order custom kitchen cabinets. He was absolutely wonderful to work with!! He could not have been more patient with me as I struggled to make choices in the process. He never tried to rush me or make me feel like my indecisiveness was a problem, because believe me I have a hard time making decisions!!! One day I spent more than 3 hours just trying to decide if I wanted inset cabinets or partial overlay cabinets. Not to mention the other time when I took hours to decide if I wanted slab door fronts on the top drawers or when I called to make a last minute change in the order. He simply took the time to point out the pros and cons in a calm, patient and informed manner. Even after the cabinets were installed he helped me order a pull out drawer and found me the plastic clips I needed for the sink base false door front that I broke and gave them to me for free. But more than anything it was his patience, and his knowledge of the product. Thank you, Randy! Dunn lumber in Bellevue has a really nice display of the cabinet styles and options as well.

We met a representative from this company at the Seattle Home Show. We provided them with a floor plan to a new kitchen at the show. Almost a month later after numerous phone calls we finally received an estimate. Boy were we blown away by the price! They came in WAY over all of the other estimates we have received thus far. It was very misleading based on the Home Show Special that they were talking about at only $80.00 per cabinet! Price aside, the packet they emailed was very nicely done complete with detailed cabinet information and nice computer rendering.

Thank you for taking the time to write up this review. I apologize for the delay in getting an estimate back into your hands. The level of remodeling activity in the Puget Sound region is brisk to say the least. We should have adjusted the lead-time for bids accordingly. Again, please accept our apology.

Regarding the job pricing and the “$80 Cabinets”, we think we know where the confusion came from. Part of the “Show Special” pricing offered an upgrade to plywood boxes (As opposed to particle board) for just $80 (List Price) additional. That is a very good deal and can add up to significant savings depending on the cabinet style you choose. That being said, it is just an upgrade option for one of the components that make up the complete cabinet. Sorry for the obvious confusion.

Our goal at this point would be to help you get a competitive price on your project, and ALSO confirm your bids include all the items you think you are receiving (Apples to apples). No matter where you make your final purchase, we could like to help make sure your new kitchen turns out as well as it possibly can.
