When she first came in, we had to bite our tongue & humbled ourselves as she told us additional renovation was required. We listened to all her advice, and did 99% of what was told. She came back 2 weeks later with her professional team and staged our house to OMG! Designer Magazine Quality - absolutely stunning! Our house went from an underdog to the best-looking listing on the market. The result speaks for itself. We decided to increase our asking price by 500k. Within 6 hrs of being listed, we had 7000 hits on our video and got an offer at 10 pm. The house was old on the same day, at exactly the price we wanted.... + 500k more !
