We love working with Emser! We use their Phoenix and Scottsdale location often as our client's love their design options. They are always prompt to fill our orders and have great customer service.

How could I possibly sum up my experience with Emser in a single paragraph? Above and Beyond. The product has never failed to exceed expectations, the service has never stopped at the bare minimum, the end result has never failed to exceed expectations, the price point has never been anything less than competitive, the showroom experience has never been disappointing. That's not enough, It honestly is all small potatoes. Emser to me, has always been the people. I can't tell you the company motto or speak to their training, all I can tell you is from the corporate office to the warehouse guy pulling the order its been above and beyond. Once upon a time we all started somewhere, I'm loyal to Emser for many reasons but one above and beyond all the rest. The people, when I showed up in dirty pants covered in paint and thinset, fed up with the folks down the road I didn't know what I would get, but what I got was so far above and beyond I can't really convey it. I got a sales rep who believed in me. I got pricing that was more than fair, because she (Brenna) helped me grow into it. I got a partner in design meetings that not only made a difference in my projects, but made a difference in my business. I was fortunate enough to meet people (Tricia, Angela) at their corporate office and I must say it was more of the same, Above and Beyond. Now when I walk in with different pants, and many many projects under my belt, nothing has changed. It's the people, it always was and that is all the difference. Simply irreplaceable vendor that has no equal, So that's the best I can describe my experience. Above And Beyond.
