We had the pleasure of working with Mustard Design when we built our 12 room boutique hotel in Fredericksburg, TX. Andy Bray not only designed the entire project but walked us through the permitting process by making presentations to Planning & Zoning, City Council and the Historical Review board. Eric Mustard and Andy are exceptional architects. We have received compliments about the layout and design of our property from countless guests. Honestly, it's almost embarrassing because every time I have to give all the credit to Andy and his team. Working with Andy was also a lot of fun. I would make a suggestion and the next day it would be on the plan exactly as I had envisioned. Not only is he a talented architect but a contractor as well. Eric and his team provide very thoughtful design ideas. We are extremely pleased with our ranch house design. His design is coming to fruition with cooperation from our general contractor, interior designer and landscape architect (he is a good team member). Eric and his team were professional and wonderful to work with. We wanted to turn a 1970's ranch into a French country look and are extremely pleased with the results. Most of our friends thought we did new construction and not a re-model, that to me says a lot about the architect.

We used Mustard Design to plan our Texas Hill Country retirement home. Eric listened carefully to our requests and produced a design better than we imagined. Have lived in house nearly two years. Plan works really well. Terrific great room, very comfortable master suite with wine and reading rooms, excellent integration with porch and view.

I rarely rate anyone or business with a five. This one deserves it. The Mustard design team always produced the results we requested. He designed and managed the building of our guest house in 2010. Then a couple years later we had him do some remodeling. What I am saying is he is our architect.....and one that prices his service reasonably. We plan to use him again very soon.
