We had been contemplating redoing our kitchen for quite some time,but we did not want to put a lot of money into it. So we had basically settled on having the cabinets painted ,and with new hard ware, it would be a nice upgrade. Then our carpenter took the wall down betw our kitchen and dining room and highly recommended The People's Kitchen. He worked with Eugene on many homes and actually had him design his own kitchen. We could not have been happier. Eugene and his crew are top notch. We called Eugene and he was at our house the next day designing the kitchen. He was willing to work with us with the most cost efficient option. Since we decided to keep our existing granite counter top, Eugene refaced the bottom cabinets to match the top new cabinets. He custom built an Island, a pantry and a China Cabinet with glass doors and beautiful desk top. To give you an example of how Eugene pays attention to detail, my husband and I decided to redo our ceiling with tongue and groove. When I arrived home and saw my China Cabinet, Eugene had used tongue and groove for the back wall of the cabinet, which you see through the glass doors, to match the ceiling!! Absolutely beautiful and unexpected! I highly recommend The People's Kitchen. He is straightforward and honest. He will send you a design with quote via email so you can review beforehand. He keeps in touch throughout the project and quickly responds to messages. Eugene and his crew are so friendly, we looked forward to seeing them. When the kitchen is all in place, Eugene wants you to use it for about a wk to be sure you are pleased with everything. We had a couple of minor details we asked him to fix for us and we are now enjoying our beautiful, organized kitchen. I highly recommend The People's Kitchen. Thank you Eugene!

I hired Eugene to build a TV cabinet for me to be similar to a buffet in my living room. It was an awkward fit into a curved wall. He did an excellent job, with a part glass front and the correct size drawers I asked for. The stain matches my buffet as well. Prior to this he was with another cabinet maker and together they constructed my kitchen, bath, library and master closet cabinets and shelves. I love all of them.
