About Us

I create mostly large statement piece paintings. Specializing in landscapes, seascapes, clouds...and even pet portraits! I work closely with the client and/or interior designer to create a one of a kind piece that completes the space. I paint on wood so the art can be custom sized. I can, and have painted on canvas, if the client so desires! Its a fun journey and in the end, the client is left with something they love! I have recently added pillow designer to my resume! Inspired by my original art, these little pillows are art in their own right!!!

Ellen Catanzaro is your girl if you are looking for unique art to amaze your family and friends! Ellen constructs all the frames herself and each masterpiece is truly a labor of love. Ellen is willing to work your in your home sampling all her pieces so you can see each one come to life. She spent so much time helping me select a piece for over my fireplace I now consider her a friend. One of my favorite purchases EVER!

Ellen painted a custom piece for our mantel in which we absolutely love. She created the serene and peaceful feeling of the water in which we requested. Love love love the deep gorgeous pigments, depth and dimension this painting holds.

Gorgeous art! Ellen's approach to creating a unique masterpiece for each individual home is why I call her first when searching for wall art to complete a space I am designing. She can capture the essence of the space and the style of the client with swoosh of a brush stroke. The movement captured in each piece is amazing. I also own an original piece of her art. Ellen is wonderful to work with, always professional and flexible.

Ellen does an amazing job understanding what her clients want. That is not easy. She painted a large custom piece for our family room mantle and brought out the colors to match the room perfectly. She read my mind!

I have several pieces of Ellen's original works. She is an absolute pleasure. She visits your space to get a feel for your style, thoughtfully listens to your wants, likes/dislikes and color preferences, and then creates an original masterpiece of her own interpretation. I highly recommend!!!

Ellen is an extremely talented artist. But what sets her apart is her ability to listen to the client and create one of a kind pieces that are perfect for the space and exactly what the client envisions. I am a designer, Hoffmann Design LLC, that works on high end projects and Ellen is my first choice when a commissioned painting is desired. I personally own 7 pieces of her art myself!

Commented: Painting and rug...do they work?Rug too dark. Painting works with furniture, and I think it actually is a good size. Try a sisal rug. If you are keeping the rug, maybe a cool mirror over the mantel. Good luck!
