Foster Design Build SPD Corp

I do not review businesses often but I feel strongly that I have to alert the community about Foster Design Build. Bob Berg is not an honest person and not qualified to renovate homes or build new. I have spoken with multiple other "clients" of Bob and Foster Design Build and many have contemplated lawsuits. We hired FDB since they assured us they were experienced in renovating old homes. However, that was not the case. Bob never met a deadline or a budget. In fact, our project went 4-5 months beyond the target completion date and cost more than double the original project estimate. I strongly, strongly encourage any families evaluating a home renovation to NOT use Bob and/or Foster Design Build unless you want to be lied to and ripped off. It makes me sad to admit that we were taken advantage of but that is the case. Also, read all the other reviews on Google and Yelp and Houzz. They are all fake people.

Bob and his talented team of design, construction, project management and real estate professionals are a pleasure to work with. These guys are impressive in many many ways! Not only are they great people, but there work is second to none! They do quality with kindness, very high end to smaller rehab projects. I have yet to hear one bad review or thing about this firm. Seriously out of the box, or in it of that is what you are looking for, but with a style and class that you will not see from any old design build firm in Chicago! No corners will be cut, no cost will be hidden, you get what you see when you work with Foster Design Build, and more!
