Amy is HANDS-ON. She really listens to her clients' wishes, and collaborates with you to develop the "look" of the finished product. Our first thought was "this was *so* worth it!" We have no doubt that her creative staging helped us get an offer substantially over the asking price.

Amy came in to consult on some updating before I put my house on the market and also staged the house when it was later listed. Amy listened carefully to my own ideas and worked with me to put into place an ideal plan for updating the house to maximize value within our budget and blended our furniture very nicely with items from her staging inventory. We outpaced the market in views by more than double and had an offer the first day followed by additional offers within the next couple of days. Amy made the house show it's best which brought a quick sale and multiple offers.

We hired First Impressions to stage our home that was not occupied. She was just amazing to work with. She is very responsive and a true professional to work with. Her interior decorating staging our home added to the value and first impression. Each room was carefully and thoughtfully decorated to appropriately showcase the beauty of a master bedroom, kids room, guest room, office, and the open living spaces. Amy at First Impression did such a fantastic job of staging our home, that after viewing it we decided to raise our original asking price 3% prior to listing. The result….our home sold during the open house, on the 1st day after going live on MLS….for more than our revised asking price! I had previously painted all the walls in the interior of the home with three different colors (either; terra cotta, pea-green or tan) to where each room had two or three different wall colors, which I thought would turn off potential buyers. At first look Amy also suggested possible repainting to a neutral color, but then after a walk through said she could make it work….and make it work she did. The style colors and placement of the furniture, plants and artwork worked perfectly together with the wall colors and blew people away when they walked in the door. Even the neighbors who had been in my home previously couldn’t believe the amazing change the staging made.
