We used Franklin Renovations LLC for a basement remodel. I could not have been happier with Mr. Franklin and his team. From start to finish, Mr. Franklin listened to us about what we wanted, our vision for the room, and was able to impart his own ideas. He was respectful of our budget, and the end result is a gorgeous functional basement that we love being in every day. We plan to use Franklin Renovations for many more home projects in the future.

In 2010, Franklin Renovations completed a large addition onto our Kensington home. Jason Franklin made it his priority to exceed our expectations, and went above and beyond to ensure that our renovation was completed efficiently, according to the plans and to code. When we wanted to divert from the original bid, Jason was accommodating and reasonable, and worked with his subcontractors to meet our needs and minimize additional expense. Jason patiently educated my husband and I about the steps involved in the construction process. An added complication to our project was that our family lived in the house during the construction. Jason was kind to our children and dog, and, although the process was stressful and invasive for our family, he worked to ensure that our lives were disrupted as little as possible. Two years later, we hired Franklin Renovations to renovate our kitchen, taking the wall down between the kitchen and dining room, adding a custom island and adding granite that matched our 8 year-old countertops. Once again, Jason and his team (all the same subcontractors with whom we worked in 2010) did a great job. Today, we consider Jason a friend as much as a contractor.

We hired Franklin Renovations, LLC in December 2011 to add a three bedroom, one bath second story addition to our Cape Cod home and renovate other areas, including an outdated kitchen and bath. Jason Franklin is extremely professional and honest. He is also very easy to talk to and work with. All work was completed on schedule, by May 2012, and the cost was within our budget. As part of the renovation, our roof was removed for a time, but Jason kept our home very secure and protected from weather. When a few minor problems arose, Jason and his crew worked to make sure we got the results that we wanted. Jason also helped with special design touches, such as the custom tile design for our kitchen backsplash and upstairs shower niche. Towards the end of the construction, we added some last minute changes to the plans, including a reading nook and a storage area/play fort for our children and built-in bookcases with a window seat in our living room. Jason was enthusiastic about these changes and made them, with great attention to detail, for very little additional cost. We highly recommend Franklin Renovations, LLC.
