Frederick Cooke Architecture, LLC is a Jersey City based practice of experienced professionals offering a wide range of comprehensive design services. Our founders, the father-and-son team of Caswell and Frederick Cooke, bring well over 50 years experience in Residential and Commercial Architecture. At Frederick Cooke Architecture, we have a strong commitment to excellence in every single project. Our practice focuses on urban Architecture and planning, and we pursue the most modern of solutions, implementing advanced techniques in energy conservation and building efficiency. By combining both planning and consultancy experience, we are able to guide our clients in a direction that respects history but also celebrates the future of our environment. We house experienced staff that is qualified to handle a wide variety of projects of any scale. We have provided our services for small and medium scale projects throughout the metropolitan region and can provide our clients with expert advice and a clear understanding to achieve their goals within budgetary limits. We use both classic and modern styles to create a stunning vision of simplicity that is practical. Frederick P. H. Cooke, AIA The founding principal received a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Printmaking Degree from Mason Gross School of Art at Rutgers University and a Master of Architecture at Yale School or Architecture. He is a member of NCARB and licensed Architect in the state of New Jersey and New York. Frederick’s drawings were full of the right details to get great bids from the contractors, and was constantly involved in he proved to make sure we got the best project within our budget.

C+C Architecture was delightful to work with, we had a master suite reconfigured to include a bathroom and a walk in closet. Frederick was very easy to communicate with and the end result was exactly as I imagined it.

As a Land Use Attorney, I work with and rely greatly on other competent professionals in order to meet my client's needs as to timely and accurate preparation of site plans with innovative, creative designs that match a client's budget and conforms to design standards indicated in zoning ordinances and redevelopment plans. Architect, Frederick Cooke of C & C Architecture is a high caliber architect that possess those abilities and is particularly adept at urban design. He worked in concert with both developer and other land use professionals in designing and procuring approval of an 83-unit marquee project with amenities pleasing to both client and community in the Lafayette neighborhood of Jersey City.
