Phil has performed various projects for me over the years in San Rafael, California and Cotati, California. The largest projects involved seismic retrofit of a 1926 cottage and installation of cork flooring and dual-pane windows. In each case Phil met the challenges that were presented with ingenuity and admirable skill. Work was done on schedule and within the financial constraints. I recommend him highly for his integrity, competence and pleasant attitude. Clay Howard “

Phil completely remodeled our kitchen, tore out cabinets and replaced them, installed granite counter tops, re-wired the electrics etc. We couldn't be happier. Good job, Phil!
