FUTAR

Have had a bad experience with Futar unfortunately. They have a beautiful collection of granite however the installation experience was terrible. Installer from Futar was late without giving a call to inform. (10am to 3pm) Granites were installed with 5mm gap at island and 10mm gap at the other kitchen cabinet side with the sink tilted. Concerns were raised during the process of installation but the installer from Futar insisted that it would be okay once granites were installed. But they did not turn out okay. Futar came to visit after (promised with installers’ team manager who did not turn up at last minute) and admitted that the on site measurement prior to installation was not done properly with missed out measurement points thus the granite pieces do not fit well. It has been 12 days since installation and Futar has agreed to replace 1 pc of granite (the one with 10mm gap only) after we went to Futar site to ask for update but still no news on when the replacement will be done. We are still living without a kitchen (all renovations completed) and much inconvenience and emotional distress are experienced from the waiting and chasing with no or little update. They now come back on the 14th day to claim no replacement to be given even after an agreement had taken place. It has been very disappointing dealing with Futar, pls beware of them.

Fantastic stones and bathroom products to choose from. Plus it is a grest idea to have a reception area as it is extremely helpful in entertaining and assisting customers.
