My firm has had the good fortune and pleasure of working with Bill Fitts at Gateway Supply in Greenville, SC for almost 19 years. Without exception, Bill and his staff have provided our clients with incredible service and the finest plumbing the industry has to offer. Mr Fitts is one of the most influential and supportive individuals I’ve known with regard to my business. I’m thankful for the day I walked into his showroom when first launching my company as he has supported me throughout the years and taken the upmost care of my clients.. The Lexington location is very convenient to us and our clients. The showroom is beautiful and the staff is very knowledgeable. We recently had to reorder something for a client and when we called in to place the order they were easily able to locate the past ticket and help us figure out which item we needed to reorder. It was a very small order, but they treated it with the same importance of a much larger order.

I remodeled three bathrooms and purchased all of my plumbing supplies at Gateway. I quickly found I could depend on Brittany for her knowledge and experience. From selecting products, ordering, delivery and after installation she was 100 percent with me. She even coordinated schedules with the countertop folks. A seamless and positive experience all the way! Thank you so very much!!!

I have always been able to get in touch with Brittany in times of need. As a professional in the industry, time is of the essence, as well as delivery. When everyone else failed to deliver she helped me find an item I desperately needed and I was thankful to her for that! I work with Gateway consistently and know she will always be there for me when I need her most!

Brittany helped us find just the right products for our new house. She is very patient, thorough and knowledgeable! During plumbing installation, she was quick to answer any question that came up (phone or email). Also keeps up with where you are in the building process to see how the project is progressing. She is a pleasure to work with and highly recommend calling her for your projects! Great customer service!

WORKING WITH BRITTANY WAS A PLEASURE . SHE WAS ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP ME FIND GREAT OPTIONS THAT WORKED WITH MY BUDGET. I FEEL LIKE SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WAS REQUIRED OF HER AND WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR HELP WITH ANY PROJECT BIG OR SMALL.

Gateway has been a phenomenal help for our renovations. Brittany has always been an e-mail away and has been wonderful with helping us select items for our home, all while staying in budget. She really knows the products well and at this point my husband and I have a strong trust for her and Gateway Supply. We just send her an e-mail of what we're needing at this phase in the renovation and a budget and she'll give us a quick reply of an item(s) she thinks is just right for us. So thankful for her and this company and highly recommend them for all bathroom/kitchen plumbing needs!

We are currently building a house and needed to pick out our plumbing fixtures. Our builder sent us to Gateway. We worked with Tammy and she was so very helpful and patient. She worked hard to help find what we wanted and to work with pricing. We look forward to seeing the fixtures we choose in our new home.
