Ken Fraser

Bought a fireplace insert and used it infrequently for only a few years. Last year it would not start and I called the company for a Canadian service center and was told that they don't have one and to take it to an electrition. I did and they located the problem with a bad board but the company does not stock parts. So, it's off to the recycle cneter and $500 down the drain. Poor service and a waste of money plus I had built the cabinet into which the unit fit.

Ordered a fireplace grate from Lowes and within 2-3 days received a call my grate was delivered to them and very satisfied when I opened the box. Read a couple of reviews on Lowes website and I agree best grate I could find quickly. Thanks
