The test of a company's integrity is not when they provide new service. It's how they respond after they have made their sale and taken you money. GlassDoctor did not honor their lifetime warranty for our master bath showerstall. work order# 126436, work performed on 3/1/14. Invoice even has a handwritten note that they will provide lifetime warranty leakage, parts & labor. Yet when my showerstall frame became loose and fell out of alignment, the magnet broke, little plastic strips on door frame broke off, Glassdoctor would not honor the lifetime parts & labor warranty. They left me a voice mail that after inspecting pictures of the problem, they decided we did not maintain our showerstall and so could not honor the warranty. They offered me a discount to replace the shower stall instead. Our original shower stall, before GlassDoctor replaced it, lasted 12 years. GlassDoctor's product lasted only 4 years. One of their screws at the top of the frame became loose, because their door magnet is so powerful, it caused a lot of vibration during opening and closing of the door. This caused the screw to come out and the entire glass structure lost alignment. As far as maintaining the showerstall, we clean the glass daily after each shower, spray inside to prevent mildew. There's not much maintenance required for a showerstall. At the time of making the sale, their representative touted their customer satisfaction ratings, including encouraging me to go onto Angie's List website and checking out the reviews. Who knew that those were nothing more than sales & marketing tactics. As a side note, GlassDoctor had replaced one of my bathroom windows at the same time. However, the grill pattern on the window did not match my other two windows. So we ended up replacing those two windows too, which I paid for even though that repair was not necessary. I did all this in good faith, because at the time they seemed like a reasonable company to work with. Now that they have refused to replace my shower stall, I feel compelled to add this review about their lack of after-sales-service. Glass doctor just finished installing a windshield on my SUV at my office. The techician, Erik Medina arrived on time and preformed the service as expected. He was courteous, informative and personable. I would recommend this company and specifically Erik as the technician.

The staff at Glass Doctor are very knowledgeable and helpful. They did a perfect Shower enclosure installation at a project I designed. Great attention was paid to my design and request. They also installed ½” thick glass shelves to a bath niche, measured and installed perfectly. We also put obscure glass in a laundry room door. The staff tracked down the textured glass we wanted, they found the last piece in the North America. Glass Doctor has a good selection of different glass options. They also replaced double glazed Window panes that the seals had broken. I would highly recommend this company for all you glass needs.
