Goia Architecture LLC, provides planning and design services for residential and commercial projects in Collier, Lee Counties and throughout United States of America. Liviu Goia is the Owner and Architect of Goia Architecture LLC. He has an European background and wide familiarity with various European design homes and commercial structures. He has experienced living in an urban city and has been involved in several urban designs throughout his career. Besides his interest in urbanism, the architect is well versed in various design styles, such as: Caribbean, Contemporary, Craftsman, Georgian, Gothic, Greek, Mediterranean, Ranch, Spanish, Tudor, Tuscan, French,Victorian and West Indies designs. Liviu Goia is a licensed Architect in the state of Florida. He holds a Master's Degree in Architecture from Andrews University. During school, his designs were focused on urban design and planning. His studies included a semester in Europe learning about Roman and French Architecture. As part of his studies, Liviu worked on putting together The Saucier Town Plan in Harrison County, Mississippi, a work sample of urban design. With over fourteen years of experience working for several architecture firms in Michigan and Florida, Liviu Goia has design experience in various projects: governmental projects, commercial projects, health care facilities, churches, residential projects, urban design and planning. The architect's experience expands beyond project planning and design. Liviu has, also, been involved in construction and project management. He has worked with builders, landscapers, interior designers and local authorities in order to implement his designs.
