After finishing a new build with Grantleigh Homes, we would happily recommend this company to others looking for a new home builder. Paul from Grantleigh Homes was prepared to meet with my wife and I after hours on several occasions and discuss our needs and wants. Paul put in the time and effort in the preliminary stages to put together some draft plans and elevations whilst mindful of our budget. During the construction phase, my wife and I made several changes and upgrades, and at no time did Paul take advantage of the situation. When dealing with Grantleigh Homes you are dealing direct with the owners of the company Paul and Jeff from start to finish. Any concerns or queries are replied to quickly, and actioned immediately on site. Both my wife and I are still extremely happy with our own custom designed home several years after completion, and would happily use Grantleigh homes again without any hesitation. They have proven themselves to be extremely honest and fair in an industry which is riddled with the unknown.
