*Authorized DuraSupreme Cabinetry Dealer* Guided Design is a design oriented general contractor specializing in interior renovations and new construction. We design, build, and sell a broad range of cabinetry products for kitchen, bath, or general interior space. We can design and work within either residential or commercial requirements. We typically work in Chicago as well as surrounding suburbs in Illinois. Guided Design will measure, design, and create unique layouts; or verify\change your existing layout as part of the process. We provide a digital 2D layout, elevations, and/or a 3D visual rendering. Designs are customizable and we will work with you to refine them as often as you need. Have an idea for designing a custom space? Call us and turn your ideas into finished projects. Guided Design also offers cabinet refinishing on existing cabinetry. Custom door replacement is an excellent way to update/style your kitchen or bathroom inexpensively. Design with any door style, color, or wood species/material in mind. Average lead time varies depending on project scope, please ask for details.

I hired Austin as a contractor to do a remodel of my kitchen, as well as a few additional side projects, after moving into a condo in Lakeview. The project included refinishing existing cabinetry, adding new custom cabinetry & hardware, backsplash, open shelving, faucet & garbage disposal, several lighting upgrades, wainscoting, wall painting, refinishing some furniture, laundry hosing & ductwork, and a custom door. Despite their focus on cabinetry, they agreed to take on all of these projects and completed them 100% to my satisfaction. It took about 5 months to get everything completed, but the quality of work was outstanding and I would definitely work with Austin & company in the future. He and his team were always polite, responsive, and eager to make sure I was happy with the result. They are very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

I am delighted with my new sewing room thanks to the team at Guided Design. Austin Boyle responded immediately and took my dream from a drawing to a beautiful functional space. Austin was easy to work with, attentive to detail and creative in working around some of the quirks in my space. I highly recommend Guided Design.

As a designer, I have worked with Austin and Guided Cabinets on numerous projects. Austin is responsive, communicates well, thinks ahead, and has been able to produce solutions for every style/finish I have thrown his way. He always meets/exceeds his promised delivery date. In the few instances changes have needed to be made, Austin stands behind his work/product, and caters to my requests without question. I have used the company for everything from single bathroom vanities, built-in office cabinetry, and full kitchens (both modern and traditional in style).
