I love my kitchen!! I found Haddon Kitchens really quickly understood what I wanted to achieve and the design, I found all the staff really helpful and flexible, as I changed my mind a few times. They guided me through the process and the quality of the kitchen is fantastic. The install staff were also very professional. They were always punctual and responsive. So not only did I get a high quality, beautiful kitchen and excellent customer service, they were priced very competitively. I would very readily reccommend Haddon Kitchens to anyone wanting a new kitchen.

All members of the Team were very professional including the contractors, they treated our house as a home rather than a work site. The project went like clockwork, they sent us a timetable and kept to it all the way, The end result is fantastic!

We had our old kitchen removed and our brand new kitchen fully installed in 3 days. A great family business that I would highly recommend.

We recently decided to have the kitchen renovated and went through the usual angst of who to go through? What are we even looking for, who to get quotes from, what is a good" price and importantly who do you trust? We settled on Haddon Kitchens partly due to our gut feeling and the ease it was in dealing with Gary Haddon. We had already visited other showrooms and the Brisbane home show but we did not really feel comfortable with any of those experiences. Its a personal thing but for us it was about long term trust and getting a good job done at a price we were happy with. We did not want to sign up within 2 hours of when getting a quote as one company wanted. Although only a small showroom, the Haddon showroom carried sufficient displays and samples for our needs. The whole process from the initial contact and taking the measurements to us felt comfortable and relaxed. We talked about what we thought we wanted and somehow it was all understood and put into a plan. We were provided some electronic copies of the proposed plan.and made a number of small amendments along the way. Each request was managed in a very timely and efficient manner. After settling on a final plan, the completion schedule was put into place. All the work in dismantling the old kitchen, putting in the new cupboards and doors, electrical, plumbing, organising the range hood air extraction, tiling and plastering was handled by Haddon. All stress free for us and all very professionally carried out by the crew that attended. Well worth the money spent over trying to buy cheap and coordinate everything yourself and I suspect through some other similar suppliers who have a continuous stream of free offers! Throughout, all the communication has been great and I never felt like I was being a pain each time I asked a question or wanted something done. Although only just being completed 2 days, I have a good feeling about our choice of Haddon to do our kitchen and would highly recommend the company.

Darryl Haddon was a pleasure to work with on doing a kitchen for our rental property. He understood the budget constraints as we were planning to sell, and came up with suitably priced ideas and was a great help with selecting things such as the splash back tiles. I didn't even have to get involved with this. He had a vision of what would appeal to the widest market, so I let him go with that. The result was great. His kitchen design was perfect. He also assisted me with the bathroom vanity....I needed to replace it as it was worn, and the basin was cracked, but I did not want to do a whole bathroom renovation. He came up with an idea how to put in a bigger vanity, and adjust the floor by only removing some tiles for the vanity to fit snuggly. The result was perfect. I would not have known how to do it without him. He even assisted me by emailing a few providers that had the specific dimensions of the vanity I needed. I'm looking forward to working with him again this year.
