Dennis provided the entire scope of architectural planning, design, and implementation commencing from his input of the initial purchase of raw land to the completion of the project following the strict regulations of the design review board and HOA rules. He was prompt, courteous, and followed the budget as to our plan throughout building. Until completion there were no discrepancies with the fee structure. He worked well with the general contractor, landscape designer, and all parties involved with the project. I would hire Dennis again without reservation for another residential project.

After visiting the property, Dennis came up with a concept for a home that fits perfectly on my land. Dennis was great to work with. Dennis designed our new home. He is very talented and professional, and we found him easy to work with throughout the process from design to completion. His experience in designing homes for Maui communities enabled him to give us many good ideas about how to make the best use of our lot. I hired Harmon Architects to build my dream home on Maui (completed in mid-2015) and I would 100% hire them again, in a heartbeat. I worked with Dennis Harmon. He was easy to talk to, level headed and gave me wonderful feedback for all the changes I requested. We talked about how I wanted to use the house, the flow, the feel, the views and he took all of my suggestions and made them better. Although the house is on Maui I didn't really want a Hawaiian look to it and was looking for a more contemporary style. Dennis came up with a design that I could never have imagined.
