We enjoy assisting their clients with the design selections through installation to provide the level of product and service that Heritage clients have come to expect! From top to bottom, Heritage Homes is one of Fargo-Moorhead's premier builders and are proud to work with them!

We had a great experience building with Heritage Homes. The staff was very helpful every step of the way. The process was very organized and each step was finished on time. I never worried that it wouldn't be finished by the set close date. We were given many updates throughout the process and any questions we had were answered promptly. The entire staff was professional and worked seamlessly with each other. We had a lot of flexibility to make the home something that was functional for our lives. We were able to adjust the floor plan and move walls with no additional charges. The standard materials they use are very high quality so there were very few upgrades we had to make, allowing us to stay within our budget. I could tell they wanted to build a home that would really meet our needs and expectations; it wasn't just a job for them. There were many thorough inspections to make sure everything was done with high quality. The finished product was amazing! We love our Heritage Home!

I had a great experience with Heritage Homes. We were under a pretty tight deadline to get things all taken care of and the Team at Heritage Got. It. Done. Our house was completed from start to finish in about 3 months and 2 weeks, even with several customization and changes along the way. The process was extremely easy, with everything laid out step by step on a very simple schedule. After being in our house for 3 months now, we haven't had a single issue since closing. Quality really is a major focus for Heritage, and it pays off. Highly Recommended.

Heritage Homes is very well organized and takes very good care of their customers, before and after the sale. As far as a suppler to them, they also have been very good to work with, both their staff and on site people.

Very dissapointed with the poor workmanship of this builder and their inability to manage their vendors. Worst of all is that they went silent when we asked them to fix the issues and we got stuck with a home that was not up to the quality they advertise. All show smoke and mirrors. It is very sad since it was a very expensive house. They messed up almost every upgrade we made. They are not good at making customizations.

Heritage was helpful from day 1 through our closing date with any questions or concerns we had with the building process. Their follow up after the build has been an excellent feature to help with and post closing issues have arose.

We loved working with them!! They were very easy to work with and organized. Building a house can be stressful and they make it easy and fun. We knew that if we had questions we could email them with our questions and they would get back to us right away. They were there every step of the way. We have been in our house about 4 months and we love it and we know if we have issues or questions we can call them and they are more then willing to help us! I would reccomned them to anyone!!

Using Heritage Homes to build our new house was the best choice we made last year. They made what should be a stressful event in our lives into a wonderful, memorable memory. The process that they use was extremely easy. The company met their deadlines and met all of our needs. I would recommend Heritage Homes to anyone interested in building their new house!

Our family has had such a great experience with Heritage Homes that we decided to build with them twice! Very impressed with Mari's attention to detail and communication skills as well as her eagerness to get all of our questions answered in a timely manner. We always new exactly where we stood on pricing and love the whole heritage process!

We had a great time working with Mari, Nicole and the rest of the Heritage crew. They were always very prompt with responding to questions and keeping us informed on our build. The vendors that we met with were very kind and respectful of our time as well. Although there were a couple of bumps with new construction codes, we had a great experience overall. We love our Kinsley rambler!

Heritage Homes was great to work with...all of their people were very professional and cared. Some of their venders were great and unfortunately, some of their venders were quite awful to work with. I would advise anyone to request a list of their venders before you agree to build with them. Some of their venders would make me reconsider my choice in builders.
