My family and I have been coming to Corolla in the Outer Banks for the past 28 years and have dreamed of owning a home here. This past year this dream became a realty thanks to SAGA construction. We love SAGA homes! They are all beautiful and perfectly executed! The builders listened to our wants and it was very easy to fall in love with their homes. We really connected with the builder, Sumit and his perspective on building spaces that look functional and beautiful. We really were excited to build a new home but in the end we couldn't find the right lot. Instead, we were fortunate to buy a nearly new SAGA home (less than a year old) that met all of our criteria!

I had moved out of state to OBX to be closer to family. I had a lot to learn about building in the state of NC. I had lots of questions for SAGA. As building a home can be very stressful (I had a couple of moments) I have to say the experience was a good one. Everyone I worked with was very knowledgable and professional while always willing to get answers for my many questions. Tammy the office manager was especially on top of things. She was very patient and efficient. Karl was great to work with as well. Always able to meet me at the home and explain things. Right now Kaitlin is following up on the loose end touch ups. Again, very efficient. A company is only as good as it's people. This company proved this over and over again. SAGA built me a quality beautiful home. I am very happy. SAGA built our new ocean front home in Pine Island Reserve on the OBX of North Carolina. We were fully engaged in the process from the designing of the home to the selection of furnishings. It was an enjoyable experience facilitated by the architect, Ralph Lasater, and Victor Mitchell. The SAGA team was responsive to our requests and worked to find ways to fulfill our vision. The result is great! The home is well-built, beautiful, and "beach comfortable."

We received an excellent quality product. They house has produced exceptionally strong rental returns in 2016 and very strong reservations for 2017. The SAGA team is exceptionally professional to work with.

Great experience buying a home from this builder. Delivered a beautiful, quality home, ahead of schedule. Terrific team of professionals to deal with from sales, construction, warranty managers. Responsive and customer focused staff. Addressed punch list items timely and available for any issues thereafter. Truly a group of folks that deliver what they sold us and more. The experience has motivated us to purchase another home from them in the future.

I hired SAGA Construction to build a second home for me on the outerbanks. They were extremely responsive to every question I had and kept me in the loop through the entire build process (I even received photo progress every few weeks). They were spot on from a timeline perspective and even finished a few days ahead of schedule (another pleasant surprise). Since my primary residence is in Virginia, it was such a comfort to work with a builder like SAGA who was so proactive and timely.
