We hired Horizon to replace 2 air conditioner/ Heat pumps. They were prompt, neat and very professional. We have since had them return to do the routine maintenance and Fall check up on our systems. We were very happy with the service we received.

We have used Horizon for our heating/AC check ups and plumbing issues. We were very impressed by both Horizon employees- especially Bill. They were timely, professional, knowledgable, and friendly. Our issues were cared for expertly. We have recommended Horizon to others.

Terrific experience, from the initial consultation, including identifying existing issues with the HVAC system beyond just replacing the units. Full disclosure of all pertinent facts and circumstances made it easy to see why Horizon outshines the competition. The installers were professional, courteous and willing to answer all questions we had throughout the day.

Matt provided competent, courteous service. He talked to me as he worked, explaining how the system worked, pointing out what needed to be done now, as well as what I could expect in the future. I had heard Horizon's ads on KYW, so my expectations were high. Matt exceeded them in every way.

I recently had my air conditional serviced. The service was excellent and on time. The serviceman was exceptional, polite and eager to do a great job. After completion he explained what had been done and what might need to be done sometime down the road. I comment Horizon and a job well done.

As you read this...keep in mind that my AC unit is NOT EVEN BROKEN!! I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! The Technician told me my AC unit was broken and the repair cost he quoted was astronomical. It was an obvious ploy to get us to consider purchasing a new one! I have had had 2 other companies look at my problem and also spoke with 2 A.C professionals that I know personally (in other states) to relay the information that the technician gave me. This is what I was informed from the other professionals: 1) The amount of time that the tech was here was not adequate to diagnose that THAT particular part was broken! 2) There were many other parts, that were a less expensive fix, that should have been tried first! 3) The probable "contaminants" in the system, that could NOT be flushed out and that the tech told me could very likely cause my system to fail again, is a BOGUS statement!! 4) that the time it took for Horizon to actually come out, (9 days in very hot weather even though I had a service contract with them) was typical for them because they reserve their technicians to lure in new customers! ( my daughter lives 20 minutes away and had AC trouble at the same time and had a reputable company come the very next day!!) 5) the repair that was recommended had a part that runs approximately $150.00 and the fix all totaled should be around $700.00...Horizon quoted me $2,400.00) The smooth talking sales person who came to our house did a good job presenting, but the costs were WAY over (almost doubled) any other company! Horizon quoted costs for AC fluids that were 3 -5 times more than the costs the other companies told me they charge and I was told that the actual amount of pounds that Horizon told me I would be charged for, was 50% more than I needed! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have since spoke to friends and family and have heard of THREE other similar instance about HORIZON.

We contracted with Horizon a couple of years ago to do our HVAC semi annual maintenance. I was home when the technician came for the A/C check up. He arrived on time and even called when he was a half hour away to let us know he was in route. He explained what he would be doing and went about the inspection. He reviewed all of his findings with us after he was done. I was impressed with the professional way he handled himself. We are very happy with the service.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient are just some of the words we'd use to describe the two technicians who worked on three A/C units in our home. Despite the pouring rain and all the trips inside and out, they never complained - not once in three hours! Whatever formula Horizon is using for service, especially customer service, keep it up!

Call Horizon Services! This is the first time we used them and we are very pleased. Justin came out on June 15, 2015 to do an air conditioning check. He was very professional, yet personable. As he was writing up his paperwork, Justin took a few minutes to interact with our young children, who were very interested in him and why he was here. It was nice to see that. He was very respectful and courteous. Horizon will come out again in the fall to inspect our heater. We are happy with their rates and feel that their customer service is very impressive so far.

I had Horizon to come out to do an annual tuneup on my central air conditioner. The tech did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable,. He left the site clean with no trash laying around.

My inside air handler (Carrier) was 18 years old and the heat pump outside was a bottom-of-the-line Ducane that was 15 years old and already had a few parts repaired and a hard start installed. I couldn't ask anymore from either of these units. I contacted Horizon and they came out and gave me a quote on replacing both units. I called another company just to see if I was in the same ballpark and even though they were cheaper, they were going to use my existing pipes and wires. Knowing that my house is 28 years old, that didn't make sense to me. You get what you pay for with this situation. So I went with Horizon and I couldn't be happier. They were incredibly friendly and courteous. I felt totally comfortable leaving them in my house while I went back to work for a little while. They explained everything to me in detail and I am totally loving my new units. Their warranty is unbeatable and it's really nice knowing I won't have high electric bills anymore.

Technician came for yearly PM. Very nice, knowledgeable person. Explain me everything he was doing and answering all my questions. Cam eon time too. He change both filters for heating/ Air Conditioning and dehumidifier.
