Hume Building

Hume builders provided a customised service for our house completed in March 2018. They completed the job in four months. We felt that we could talk to them to get out dream home built. We wanted a cladding house so they were experts at it. It was natural for us to go to them. Mario, Michael, Alicia, Natalie and Jess were very accommodative. Stephen and Louise are friendly and always accessible.

Hume building were a blessing to build with. From day one going in for a quote to handing the keys over, they were always very helpful and there to answer questions that we had and made everything as easier as possible. Throughout the build we were kept up to date with everything. We cannot be happy with the outcome of the house. We have recieved many conplaiments from guests and we will definitely be recommending hume to friends who are wanting to build.

From the first visit we felt 100% confident in Stephens design and ability to deliver our dream home. He has all appointments organised for us. We provided a budget that he respected and even came in under it. We had a difficult time with council but Stephen and the Hume building team acted quickly in complying with difficult local requirements.

Hume building built our house in 2015, we started our design process in March and began to build in July. Our house design is the Sunraysia 292 and was the first one of this design to be built, Stephen listened to our wants and needs and designed a home perfect for us, not just for now but to suit us for years to come. As our house was the first of this design we were nervous to build a house off the plan but Stephen took us to various houses Hume Building had built to show us their work and we knew our house would be exactly what we had imagined, it turned out to be even better. Stephen was always happy to answer questions and provide details on what was happening with the build. The build itself too about five months and was stress free. We are very happy that we chose Hume building to build our home.

I built with Hume Building during 2017 and would highly recommend them. Before deciding upon Hume Building, I looked at a number of different builders. Hume were happy to produce a custom design that was exactly what I was after. The level of standard inclusions was high and they were also happy to upgrade a number of things to suit my requirements. The actual build went along very quickly with no real hold ups and it was hard to fault the finished home.

We decided to build with Hume Building as we were so impressed with the quality, design and inclusions of their homes. They were very helpful at all stages of our build and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful new home. The team is always professional but also friendly and it was a pleasure to deal with them. We receive so many comments about our home and we can't recommend them enough.

Hume Building were amazing to build with. Stephen was friendly and accommodating right from the start. We were able to get a custom build that was exactly what we wanted and was built to the highest of standards. Nothing was too difficult for them and they were able to accommodate every request. They communicated with us every step of the way. We got to walk through and choose exactly where we wanted our electrical fittings too, which was a real bonus! The girls who helped with our colour selections and fit outs were great to deal with and the standard of inclusions was very high compared to other builders. Our double-storey, custom build took only 6 months to build and we can't fault it. Highly recommend Hume Building to anyone looking to build something special that is unique, high-quality and feels like home.
