I hired Ilya for our home remodel. His work was excellent. He was also very accommodating to plan changes and reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend him. for home remodels.

The Premier of Progress-builders is one of the best person, knowledgeable structural engineer and good planner we ever met. We did a major reconstruction of our home in Palo Alto, CA. Right from the planning and designing, the company took care of everything with a reasonable estimation and executed all the events in accordance with the schedule on time. After completion, all the review by the city is approved within first few reviews. I like very much and i strongly recommend Progress Builders in the Bay Area for remodeling and new constructions.

We did a significant remodel using Progress Builders and had great results. We had a pool demoed, did a kitchen and baths, and moved a few walls, refinished floors, etc. They were easy to work with and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

Progress Builders satisfactorily completed multiple remodeling and repair projects inside our office, laboratory and plants areas. The work included, roofing, walls, flooring, plumbing, drain, ventilation, electrical and misc handyman jobs. Their bids were competitive and their work was professional.

We had Progress Builders remodel our kitchen, family room, and downstairs bedroom. They were great to work with, respectful of our home, reliable, and did excellent work. Ilya managed our project and kept it on schedule and budget. It was a good experience.

My project With Ilya went smoothly. He assigned Pavel to work on my project, And Pavel was there almost every day. The quality of the work was generally good, and when there were problems, Pavel fixed them right away. I would recommend working With Ilya and Pavel.

Progress builders did a couple of jobs at my home. He has remodeled our home to add additional square footage. I am very impressed with Ilya's quality of work and his attention to detail. He is the best in this business. He completed the job on time, kept the rest of the home clean and handled change requests professionally.
