Estate builders built our entire custom timber frame home. We were not living in the area so we thought this was going to be difficult to facilitate. However, from design to completion Mark and his team made this process very straightforward and were a pleasure to work with. It was very rare that they came to us with a problem they ran into as they would just look after it. They were very honest and stuck to their original quotes unless we upgraded something along the way. After we moved in we have had countless neighbours and people stop in and ask us where we found these contractors, who were so hard working (working from morning to dark), did not disrupt the neighbourhood, kept the work-site looking so clean, and comment on how much they love the design of the house and the timbers. We have not had any major issues with the home since completion. They are definitely a company I recommend to anyone especially for high end, quality work.

They even come with a smile, good mood, an ear to listen and the patience to explain you what they are doing and why! When we hired them to do the renovation of our Erin farmhouse, our life changed for the better and my wife said that no one but Estate Builders will touch our house moving forward. We even recommended them to a number of friends who all were very happy with what Estate Builders did for them. Upfront, fair, and honest, qualities you don't find in a lot of general contractors anymore. We just love them!

I hired Estate Builders to do an update of my washrooms. For my master bathroom this included a custom vanity, a complementary accent wall, and shower cut-out. James was extremely helpful and professional from the first meeting. James and Lloyd did a great job! They worked extremely hard and there was a high attention to detail. The final cost even came in under-budget. Estate Builders is a rarity - I will definitely be using them for future projects.

Project included the restoration of Victorian era porches. A craftsmen approach to the work was taken and the results are stunning! A polite and cooperative relationship was maintained at all times. Very professional. Site was kept tidy and clean throughout the project.

Regarding new asphalt roof; workers were careful to not use a valley piece that had a bend in it- supervision of young workers was vigilant -no mistakes -no neglect Pricing very competitive and quality great. Cleanup amazing!. New replacement windows top notch quality and super warranty (lifetime) A warranty issue arose the following year and manufacturer replaced two hazed window panes within the week of them being notified. Amazing! Courteous service. Contractor also recommended more insulation over existing living room area- We did just that and WOW! what a difference in heating bill the following winter season.Again pricing was super great as was the quality. A big recommend!
