When the heat would not come on in our small cabin, I went on line to find a repairman. I called another place. It was Friday, super cold weather predicted for the weekend, they were booked but would try to work me in. I saw the reviews for Dan Pearson and gave them a call. They were booked as well for Friday, but would be able to come on Saturday for a much cheaper rate than the rate quoted by the first company. Later on Friday, the lady from Dan Pearson contacted me and said they could come at 6 pm on Friday if that would work for me. That was great. The repairman, Phillip, arrived on time and had the heat working in a few minutes. I had told them to bring a thermostat since I thought it might be the problem. He was able to repair the old one without charging me extra for a new one. I have found my go to heating and air company.

We recently moved to Ellijay and needed to find a good HVAC company. Dan Pearson Heating & Air came highly recommend by another professional who had worked together with Dan Pearson on other projects. We have had thus far two scheduled maintenance visits and one occasion where we needed an after-hours service call on a Saturday night. We have been very pleased with the quality of the technicians that have worked on our HVAC systems. They have been prompt, friendly, and very competent. We were extremely happy with Dustin who was the technician who came on the Saturday evening service call. He assessed our situation, figured out the problem and corrected it. Even though it was Saturday night and he had 3 more service calls to make, he did not appear rushed or bothered and took time to explain his findings to us and what he did to correct our issue. I strongly recommend Dan Pearson Heating & Air for any of your HVAC needs.

Dan & Sue Pearson are very professional & honest. The price they quoted was the price I paid. No hidden charges or up-sales. I had a lot of questions & Sue was very helpful. The work was completed very quickly & the new system is AWESOME! I would highly recommend Dan Pearson Heating & Air.
